I felt very good. The apartment is as described, nothing was missing. Everything new and well cared for, perfect cleanliness and impeccable amenities. When I arrived, there was a bit of nightlife on the street, I was afraid of hearing noises in the room, but the apartment is very well isolated and I slept very well. The host was very kind and responsive, he gave me all the instructions to access on my own, I felt very good. This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year! We highly recommend this flat! It was all we could ask for. Went there with our grown up children and loved every second. Especially appreciated the kind welcome and good communication since this was our first visit.

Nora's stay is highly recommended! Nora is very friendly and welcoming. She has given good tips about the area. The house is very comfortable and very tastefully decorated. The garden with the various seats is wonderful. Everything is very well maintained and clean. Nearby flows a river where you can swim in if you want and also close by is a nice bike path. In addition, there are beautiful cities nearby to visit and nice restaurants. Enough ingredients for a nice time!

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

We had the best weekend in Bologna! We were 3 friends and the location of the apartment was perfect for our plans. In the center of the city and you can walk everywhere. Super nice decor and very clean. When you open the large windows in the morning, you can feel the pulse of the city. The check-in and communication with Stefania was also very fast and uncomplicated. If we go to Bologna again, definitely in the same apartment.

Magnificent apartment, the location is quiet but close to everything you need, a five-minute walk from the cathedral and less than 10 minutes from the free parking, attention to all details, very clean and equipped with all the services for an optimal stay and perfectly isolated from noise, the owner was kind enough to leave supplies (dishwasher, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) for the entire stay, I have been a month and would return without a doubt, thank you Gianluca

Very pleasant and well-located apartment. The monuments are a ten-minute walk away and even closer you'll find Strada Farini with its restaurants and gourmet shops. An excellent stay in this beautiful city!

I wish I could rate this as six stars. Everything about the location, apartment and host was spectacular. The view of the hills and mountains in the distance were worth the drive. The apartment was spotlessly clean and everything we could want was provided. Mathieu is warm, friendly, and very helpful with his suggestions which were spot on.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Very nice, sparkling clean apartment in a perfect location. We arrived by car and were able to park nearby for ten euros a day. The apartment is the perfect starting point for activities. We felt very comfortable. Fabio was always available and also gave many helpful restaurant tips.

A fabulous 5 nights stay, beautiful apartment with bus stop right outside with links every 15 -20 minutes into centre and train station . Great base to come back to after busy days exploring.
