Spectacular apartment! Spacious and comfortable. Very neat bedding. Sebastiano is very responsive and communicates in a friendly manner. Really nice stay!

Clean accommodation, linen available for everyone. The host warned us before arrival of a technical problem with the air conditioning but was very kind and provided us with two fans. Very clean house and quiet area! Recommended for those who pass through those parts even for just one night, as we did.

The place is near highway. It was recently renovated. The availability of the parking space is a plus.

From start to finish, the experience was perfect. They were waiting for me the moment I walked into this beautiful cobblestone street where the apartment is located. They have a nice binder that has all the information that you will need to make your stay a blessing one. If you reach out, they will recommend the best way to plan to your activities. I came here for this amazing concert and I couldn’t be happier that I booked Paola’s place. This will be my go to place next time I am back In Parma, hopefully next year! A very nice stay at Nora's! Everything was a great fit. Nora is a very charming and lovely hostess. Their valuable tips are helpful! Quiet environment. . . And the area can be explored excellently via great bike paths (Lake Garda, Borghetto, Mantua . . .).

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

We had a wonderful stay in Brescello at Mariacristina’s. Check-in was incredibly smooth, and the apartment was chic and clean with everything we needed, plus an adorable balcony. Our host was a warm, helpful and communicative. Thank you for your hospitality!

Quiet surroundings, a Japanese cuisine restaurant, and a takeaway pizzeria under the house. Supermarket and grocery store a few steps away. Very organized host.

I felt very good. The apartment is as described, nothing was missing. Everything new and well cared for, perfect cleanliness and impeccable amenities. When I arrived, there was a bit of nightlife on the street, I was afraid of hearing noises in the room, but the apartment is very well isolated and I slept very well. The host was very kind and responsive, he gave me all the instructions to access on my own, I felt very good. Great location for Modena, very close to historical city center and 100 m to Osteria Francescana. Perfect location if you have a car to park and extremely convenient in/out to Modena, especially you are looking to visit nearby attractions such as Enzo Ferrari Museum in Modena and Ferrari Museum at Maranello, also nearby cities Parma, Regio Emilia and Bologna.

We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.
