Thanks for a lovely stay. Overall, the house was neat, clean and very quiet, and Sunrise-on-sea is a lovely quiet town. The house is walking distance from the beach, and we felt very safe generally. The view from the upstairs bedroom is wonderful, and the downstairs views of the garden are lovely. Would recommend for a peaceful, restful and nature filled breakaway or retreat. Bonus points: The local Parkrun is only 1.7kms away, so you can walk there and back easily, and do the prettiest Parkrun with forest and sea views!

We had an amazing time at Kerryn’s home. We felt so safe and couldn’t get over the stunning river view - managed to spot so many bird species from the balcony. The house had everything we needed and the pool was nice and sheltered when the wind picked up. I especially appreciated Kerryn’s excellent communication and willingness to help us move the beds around to suit our sick relative. Thanks so much for a special stay.

Hidden Gem in Cintsa East. Breathe taking views. The house is well taken care, fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting outside and having blast in the swimming pool. My family and I, really enjoyed our stay and we will be back again. Thank you Tersia

Our 2 families with kids had a wonderful stay at Warren and Jayde’s place - the house is beautiful, spacious and well equipped with amazing views. It was an added bonus to have Didi in every day to clean the house and even more so because she was so friendly! The house is in a very quiet and peaceful area and it was great to be able to walk to the beach whenever we wanted to. Speaking of the beach, it is really spectacular - idyllic, quiet and safe. The kids had hours of fun playing in the waves and exploring the rock pools. All in all, a special place and we will definitely be back!

It felt like we had just stepped into a 5 star resort.Every room had two pieces of ferrero rocher chocolates as a welcome gift,this was a nice touch especially for the kids.The master bedroom had a bottle of Sherry which was also a delight for us grown folks.The house is an entertainment haven for both kids and adults.We literally spent every passing hour on that sparkling pool.We made such great memories there as a family.There is absolutely nothing I can fault this house on. The host was gracious and was available whenever we needed assistance.This house is definately one of East London's gems.

Our first trip back to the Eastern Cape in 13 years was made extra special staying at this gorgeous home in Olivewood Estate. The house was even more spectacular than the photos (if that’s possible)! Charne was the best host and made us feel so welcomed. We felt absolutely safe staying in the estate and got such a kick out of seeing all the wildlife roaming around. Beds and linens were 5 star and we slept off our jet lag in the peaceful surroundings. The Spar shop and local butchery at Crossways had everything we needed for provisions. If you are planning a trip to the Eastern Cape don’t hesitate to book this amazing home.

Everything as advertised with a little extra unmentioned value that you will really appreciate

Antoinette is an incredible host, and her place is just perfect. She is kind, responsive and very helpful. Her place is on a quaint and tucked away road, but still just a quick 5 minute walk to beach, cliffs, restaurants and shops. She means it when she says it is "pet friendly", not only does she allow dogs, but her and her dog Spirit were so friendly and welcoming to our pup. I strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting- it's a gem! Also, her place is on the market, so if you're considering moving to the area, you can "try before you buy".
