Spacious and comfortable top floor unit, with large windows and outdoor space. Easy access to public transportation (between Taipower Building and Gongguan MRT stops on Green Line), good food, and convenience markets. Clean and modern unit as described in photos, although showing some wear, and kitchen not as well-equipped as other places we’ve stayed. Joy met us for check in, and she and Edward (co-hosts) were helpful and responded quickly to our requests and inquiries. As others have mentioned, there was loud construction (major) across the street during our stay in mid-May, but we are early risers and out during much of the day, so it did not bother us as much as it could for others. Overall, we enjoyed the overall comfort and convenience provided by the apartment.

The location was so central to everything! I loved my stay and and all the recommendations of food spots to eat. It was easy to check in and out.

Was in perfect location right next to blue and brown subway lines which made it super easy to get around city. Also right in center of cool shopping part of town so tons of food within a few blocks. Apartment itself is clean and was perfect for our family. Cynthia is extremely proactive and highly responsive.

This is wonderful apartment in a central area where you feel right at home when you walk in the door. It is comfortable, quiet, clean, and has all the ammenities you need for a stay. The location is very convenient with lots of stores, restaraunts, ammenities, and public transit nearby. Highly recommended for visitors in Taipei.

Das Apartment ist in einer Toplage, direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Beschreibung zum einchecken und finden des Zimmers war genau beschrieben. Wenn ich wieder in Taipei bin, werde ich dort wieder übernachten.

Overall, great experience during this stay! The location is great and the MRT station is literally steps away. Space is relatively small, but perfect for my solo travels in Taipei. Anne was very communicative and the instructions for entering were very clear and easy. Highly recommend for someone who is looking for a quiet place that has easy access to most of the city!

Stayed here because it's close to NTU. The room is small but cozy, with enough natural light from the (small) window. Gongguan MRT station is a 3min walk away, and in the alleys around the building, there are countless affordable restaurants. A Carrefour is a 2min walk away, Family Mart 3 minute. A 24h Sukiya is right next door. The sound insulation isn't very good, but that is very common in Taiwan. You'll occasionally hear the other tenants talk, and was a frequent hissing, whooshing noise coming from the other side of the wall. Traffic is audible too as the building is by the main road. I was working from home often, and with white noise or headphones, it was no problem. The water dispenser in the kitchen is a blessing, as is the washing machine! The place offers everything you need for daily living. Overall very satisfied with the place that's in a great location, comfortable, and well maintained.

Emilie felt like a friend that was hosting us. Everything felt kind of familiar. Though the place is small, its cosy. would stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bubble's with my mom, and it was a great experience! The space was spacious, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to explore the area.

Highly recommended, especially for long term stay. Comfortable studio+ by Xiangshan Metro. Kitchen separated from living area by sliding doors which gives a bigger feel. Balcony area with washer-dryer also separated by another sliding door. Upscale building has two rooms on ground floor for study/work, in addition to small desk in studio itself. All in all, a bit more than a studio. Owner is very responsive to questions and complimentary pickup from airport made check-in easy. On edge of Xinyi district, with fancy shops and public gardens. Carrefour supermarket nearby on Songde Rd, 7-11s everywhere. Xinyi Road away from Xinyi takes you to more typical Taipei life with side street eateries and eventually (on Fude St) main street eateries and fruit sellers. Xiangshan hiking trail entrance near the metro, but many safe challenging hiking routes into Se Shou Shan off of Xinyi & Fude Sts. Xinyi sports center, cheap with excellent fitness room, located a few blocks away.

Great place for my boyfriend and I’s week long stay in Taipei. Conveniently located in ximen and within walking distance of the MRT and various bus stops. Would recommend!

it was our first time in taiwan, and this place was an absolute gift! it had everything we needed for a comfortable home base: laundry, close to subway stops, good neighborhood, and an AC that would crank when needed (performed spectacularly in our end of May visit). it’s a great deal and the hosts are very quick to communicate. i’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in taipei!

It’s an easily accessible via the metro station. Any problems arises during my stay was solved proactively by Jack. Jack is always available and is very friendly and helpful. I’m very grateful to meet a very nice host like him. Place is very clean and what you need for a comfortable stay is readily available. I’ll be looking forward to my stay with Jack when I come back to Taipei :D

The location was perfect for my stay in Taiwan, easily accessible and navigable, I had no trouble getting around. The surrounding area had lots of good places to eat and explore and I was overall very satisfied with everything!! The space was clean and everything worked as promised. Just wanted to note the space was definitely abit smaller than what I pictured, but it was sufficient for my friend and I, and we felt immediately at home with the comfy vibe and soft sofa 😂. Overall, really recommend if you are looking to stay somewhere centralised in Taiwan and don’t want to worry about getting around.

Bottom line up front: You’ll be obsessed with this stay if you enjoy the real Airbnb human touch, not the hotel-like listings with hosts who just send auto replies and macros. Stephen is amazing. He’s lived in Taipei for decades and knows the city well. He was super responsive to our questions even before we arrived. He and his co-host Mr. Charlie also greeted us downstairs when we checked in. They're very thoughtful and left us fresh fruit and drinks, and was even flexible with our check-out time. This apartment is literally 30 seconds from City Hall MRT Exit 1. When Stephen told us that, we thought he was exaggerating - turns out it’s exactly that close, so wild. Despite being in the center of Xinyi, the building faces away from the main street, so you get that rare peace and local vibes that makes the location feels like a residential neighborhood. Yet within a 1-min walk, you’ve got two conbinis, a bakery, boba shops, and tons of local eaters. We enjoyed every sec of our stay :)

Nous avons adoré l’appartement de Johnny dans Xindian. Comme c’était notre première visite à Taïwan, nous ne connaissions pas le quartier mais voici ce que l’on a aimé: 1. appartement très beau et spacieux et bien équipé. Habitation très confortable avec une place de stationnement dans le garage. 2. pleins de petites attentions qui nous ont facilité la vie : les capsules nespresso pour la cafetière, les notes très claires pour tout. 3. parc linéaire du Bitan le long de la rivière juste derrière l’appartement, ce qui invite à l’activité physique, c’est très agréable. 4. balcon du salon très spacieux d’où on pouvait admirer la rivière à toute heure de la journée, incluant les nageurs et joggers matinaux, et les rameurs de kayak et bateaux-dragons, et les spectacles de lumières le soir. 5. l’appartement est située dans une rue qui est un marché local et qui compte aussi un magasin family mart très pratique. 6. il est à quelques minutes à pied du métro qui nous amène n’importe où.

We love the location

We had a great 5 night stay at Andrew's apartment. The apartment itself is very stylish and nicely renovated. It is very large in size and we really enjoyed having so much natural light from the big open windows. The jacuzzi tub was also a highlight. If you're coming to Taipei for the first time, this neighborhood isn't very convenient though. There are no metro stops anywhere near the apartment and most of the major places to visit in Taipei are far away. Obviously this is not at any fault to Andrew. Also, compared to other Airbnb's we've stayed in that feel more like an apartment rental, this one is more like renting a few nights in a friends place where their stuff is everywhere and it isn't as setup for guests comfort in the way other Airbnbs are. But we really loved our time here and still highly recommend a stay if you have the chance.

We had a wonderful stay, and really appreciated the location. Lots of good food and convenience stores downstairs, and 6 mins walk to the heart of Ximending. Will recommend!

Cindy’s place was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything I needed for my stay. It looked exactly like the photos as well, which was much appreciated. It had plenty of closet space and a nice bathroom and living area. Plenty to do and eat in the surrounding area as well. Cindy was a fantastic host. She greeted me upon checkin and made me feel right at home. She was super responsive and helpful when I needed some assistance with the washer / dryer, which was new. She also helped me with some local recommendations. Would love to stay again!
