We spent a month at Igor’s and loved our stay! Nice and comfortable room, had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. The pool and gym were also great. Very walkable location close to many great (and cheap) food spots. And the value for the apartment was very good. Thanks Igor for being a wonderful host!

This well appointed corner apartment is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful view to the southeast from the highest floor in the building. The apartment is quiet, the aircon is nearly silent and keeps it nice and comfortable. I spend a lot of time working from the balcony seating and it was a nice and relaxing place to catch up on online tasks. Both tvs (bedroom and living room allow screen share, and I was able to edit photos and videos with a crisp view, Anton is friendly, communicative, and helpful for any needs or questions. The price is a bit higher than the other units in the same building, but it’s still a good value and I hope to be returning in the future. Self check in is very handy, as I arrived on the late train at 2:00 in the morning. Thanks, Anton!

I enjoyed the stay in this more local part of town. lots of shops and restayrants to eat from and buy groceries. best of all. view of the volcano from the balcony intetnet stability

nice. very good. the place is clean. the facilities are super complete, there are fewer pillows, soft mattresses, there are extra beds 2 folding beds. It's a smart tv, feel at home

the airbnb was so NICEEEEE! ! the location is really close to the city center, you want to find food & the destination is also easy. the facilities are complete that is very family friendly because there is a smart tv & spacious too, who wants to go to jogja with my family I really recommend staying here. the host is also super friendly and good overall 10000/10 😻👍

I had an amazing experience. the room was clean , spacious and had beautiful ricefield view & garden. I loved the most was the building it self. it has a stunning traditional design and a unique architectural style that reflects the local culture beautifully. I will come back again

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this dreamy spot! The location is amazing—surrounded by nature, with a peaceful stream at the back and a stunning lake view. The architecture, furniture, and overall aesthetic are beautiful and thoughtfully done. The space feels serene, with lovely plants all around and a calm vibe throughout. There’s a charming coffee shop right in front (sadly closed during our stay due to Eid), but it definitely adds to the vibe of the place. The bathroom deserves a special mention—it’s toooo goooood! Super clean and stylish. The helper was also very kind and helpful during our stay. The only downside is the lack of a proper kitchen, but we brought our own stove and they were happy to provide utensils and cutlery, which made things easy. Would absolutely recommend this stay to others and would love to come back again!

Annisa, as the host, was very responsive. The place was comfortable and felt like home. It's also quite close to Malioboro (about 10–15 minutes away). Easy to find and accessible as well.
