A fantastic property in a beautiful, private location with lots of amenities. A short drive to the beach, supermarket and town as well as a small walk to the local restaurants and bars. Brilliant hosts who are very responsive and flexible. Would happily return in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

After a few hustling days in Nice, exactly what we were looking for. A great house with a fantastic pool in a beautiful setting. During the day we could relax well, barbecue something delicious and in the evening we visited St. Tropez. Karine has an excellent taste and the house both lovingly furnished and everything great and tastefully decorated... you immediately felt at home. There is a beautiful beach within walking distance, be sure to bring the bikes to explore the area. Great bike paths along the coast. Karine sent valuable restaurant tips right after arrival. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

We loved our stay, perfect for our large family

Nice house, benefiting from a very good location. The garden, the swimming pool as well as the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the wooded landscapes of the Valmer cross are particularly exotic and allow you to feel immediately on vacation. Very invested host and eager to offer the best stay to her tenants.

We had a great stay at Violaine's villa. There were 4 of us and we were just after some relaxation and sunshine and this couldn't have been a better option for us. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and 4 extremely comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor space had lots of seating areas, sun loungers and a large dining table. Sadly we couldn't get the gas BBQ to work despite the caretaker coming out to show us how to get it going, so I think that might need replacing, but we just cooked our food in the kitchen instead so it didn't matter hugely. Violaine was very helpful and clearly cares about her guests. We visited Barca Beach club & restaurant which she recommended which we loved and were treated very well. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return!

We stayed in this well-maintained house over the long Easter weekend. The view is wonderful and the pool area is great for enjoying the outdoors! The house worked well for our group of two families. The only surprising thing was that the basic necessities were very scarce - we ran out of toilet paper and there were only two dish washer tablets for a group of 7 persons for three nights. Luckily the communication with the host was always fast and smooth! The location is peaceful and private and we’d be happy to return one day.

Marie-Laure was very responsive & helpful from point of enquiry. The pictures and description of Villa are accurate. The Villa is finished to a very high standard, with stunning views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay are provided. Mattresses & bedding are of a high quality. Spotlessly clean. Barbara provided a great welcome. Pool was lovely and lots of loungers and very comfortable chairs positioned so you can choose between sun and shade. Beach very close, with delicious crepes and beach bars within a few minutes walk. SPA shop and bakery within walking distance. All in all we had a fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Great stay at this villa! Sabrina remained available throughout the stay for our questions. Very nice house, very nice. The house is located 15 minutes' walk from the city center of Bormes (on a slope). The house is in a private cul-de-sac so we really enjoyed the quiet! To rent this house with young children, you have to keep in mind that it is not very suitable. Steps everywhere, no roller shutter for the pool (an alarm on the other hand is in place). We would highly recommend it!

the location of the small house is perfect for making all types of excursions. It is small, but has everything needed. there is a lot of nice details, like the bedlinen, the fragrances and the kitchen utensils.

I booked to throw a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend. The house is beautiful and well maintained, very well equipped, the bedding is perfect, we had good weather so we were able to enjoy the pool. The view is breathtaking in all parts of the house. Small problem with the gate due to the power outage a few days before but Alexandra was very responsive and was able to rectify the small issue. It is with great pleasure that we will return to spend a few days in this superb house as soon as we have the opportunity

The accommodation was beautiful, very stylishly furnished and exactly as described – if not even better! Everything was extremely well equipped, nothing was really missing. You can tell that we worked here with a lot of love for detail. The location is perfect: a quiet, relaxed retreat and at the same time an ideal starting point for bike rides, hikes or excursions to the beach and the surrounding cities along the Côte d'Azur. After an eventful day in this beautiful region, it was always a pleasure to come "home" and end the evening in a relaxed way. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and easy to reach. We felt completely comfortable and can fully recommend this accommodation. We will definitely be happy to come back - a real insider tip for a successful holiday in the south of France! The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

The house has a beautiful situation. Pleasant atmosphere in the house and garden. The two floors offer different perspectives on the sea. No noise from the nearby coastal road. The dining table in the interior resembles a camping table (wobbles), as do the associated bar stools.

A cute cottage, well located, very quiet, great hosts. Super friendly, always responded quickly. Such hosts are worth gold. We'd love to come back! We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

Our stay was a complete success! The location is very quiet and ideal for relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, so we could sleep wonderfully. The pool was a real highlight: large, refreshing and perfect for cooling off on warm days. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine…) with a large plot around it. The walk into town is quite steep, but doable. In about 20 minutes you are in the center of the beautiful village of Le Lavandou, where there are many great restaurants. Particularly noteworthy is Christine, who was quickly reachable at any time and immediately took care of everything. Merci beaucoup!

We had a great stay at Marjory's place. The house was beautifully decorated, and the garden was amazing. The weather was great so we made good use of the pool. It is an easy drive into Port Grimaud, St Tropez and St Maxime. We would recommend a trip down the road to Château Saint-Maur winery as its beautiful and super close. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
