Waterfront holiday rentals in Golem

It was a fantastic stay at Ivo's apartment. Sea facing balcony, perfect apartment with all amenities, stunning sceneries around, happening market place and restaurants right below the apartment (Restaurant Pileta), exquisite sea beeches made it a perfect getaway. Added to all this Ivo's very friendly and helpful nature, responsiveness and guidance made the overall experience unforgettable. Also to mention that Albania is a great country and has a lot to offer for tourists. Pristine beeches with turquoise blue water with plenty of Restaurants and Bars alongside make it an exotic holiday destination. In terms of general public, Albanians people were helpful and polite. Visited Durres , Golem beeches. Went on a drive to Gamti mountain / Bovilla lake. Every location was worth it. Overall an absolutely fantastic stay. Will certainly visit Albania again and stay at Ivo's apartment. Highly recommended.

Alfred est un hôte très réactif et qui est flexible. Nous sommes arrivées plutôt et il nous a laissé l'accès au logement dès 10h. L'appartement correspond au descriptif et a une très belle vue face à la mer. Il y avait deux chambres. L'une avec deux lits individuels et un l'autre avec 1 lit deux places + un canapé convertible dans le salon.

L’emplacement de l’airbnb est très pratique, il est situé à quelques minutes de la plage. De plus il y a des commerces (supermarché, boucherie, boulangerie, pharmacie,…) aux alentours. L’appartement est bien équipé. Peut conseil : demander à l’hôte d’organiser le transfert depuis l’aéroport car autrement c’est compliqué d’arriver à l’airbnb sans se perdre car il n’y a pas de numéros ni de noms de rue. Ilya a été présent pour nous aider à retrouver notre chemin et tout au long de notre séjour pour nous conseiller. Merci, on va revenir en Albanie c’est sur !

This is my second time that i stay in this home, i would like to say thank to Klodi again. Totally worth it. Beautiful surroundings easy to go beach side, everything is within walking distance.

Top Lage, wunderbarer Ausblick vom Balkon, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, Obst und Gemüseverkäufer jeden Morgen vor dem Haus, Strand in 50m entfernt. Mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe. Echt klasse, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub :-)

Прекрасная приватная территория! Квартира находится в природном оазисе! Море,птицы,розы,по вечерам светлячки! Полностью соответствует представленным фото, парковка у дома! Гостеприимство и душевность Brikena и ее сына-на самом высоком уровне! Очень хочется вернутся! Большое спасибо!

Totalement charmée par ce logement sur les toits comprenant tout le confort nécessaire et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La terrasse est très agréable. Joanna s’est montrée très réactive et sympathique. Nous recommandons !

Mieszkanie zgodne z opisem, bardzo przytulne, wyposażone we wszystko co było niezbędne a nawet więcej. Zlokalizowane bezpośrednio przy plaży. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, bezproblemowa zmiana opuszczenia lokum. Śmiało mogę polecić tę ofertę innym, będą zadowoleni jeśli liczą na przyzwoite warunki w dobrej cenie i z super lokalizacją do plażowania. Mały parking przy bloku, ale sprytni zawsze coś znajdą.

Had one tiny thing when we arrived key was not in the key box but was sorted out very quickly when contacted. Beautiful place. In the centre of Tirana so can walk to lots of beautiful places. Would defo stay again

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

We had a great time, if anything it's even better than the pictures. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. No need to hire a car if you don't want to, everything you need walking distance away. Lovely to have sea views from 2 upstairs bedrooms and the upstairs balcony is dreamy.

Wij hebben met 6 man een geweldige tijd gehad, Een lekker diep zwembad en mooie locatie dicht bij het strand. De villa zelf is mooi en ruim en zeer geschikt om met 5 stelletjes te verblijven. De foto’s van de villa spreken voor zich. Erg tevreden en komen graag een keer terug! ~ Rick veenstra

franc was very helpful he helped me and my family to find the apartment he provided me with a lot of information which made it very easy and simple Hause is big can host until 8 people and air conditioner in both rooms was amazing very big + the location was max 5 min until the beach by walking and supermarkets near and local markets just in the under the apartment very clean and peaceful. I would recommend to other people AHH yes WiFi was strong as for the TV I did not had time to even open it there is a lot to do outside. best wishes 🥰

Apartament was very close to the sea and local shops and restaurants, which was biggest advantage for our familiy. Endri is incredable host - he answers right away for all questions and is a great local guide. All instructions were clear with pictures attached. Thanks to him we felt like home :)

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

Suela's apartament was spotlessly clean and as per description. Very good location, next to the beachfront and lots of shops and restaurants. Tastefully decorated with everything you need for your stay. Air condition worked very well. Suela was very responsive and answered any questions I had straight away. Fantastic host. There is a paid parking next to the apartament or you can park on the street. In short, we had fantastic stay in this apartament and is highly recommended. Ermir was a great host. His place is perfect with the best view in town and beautiful beaches just across the street. The area is walkable and has a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby. There is a Spar grocery store about a five minute walk. Communication was always great. Would recommend!

Slavik jest bardzo życzliwym i pomocnym gospodarzem, z którym jest świetny kontakt. Otrzymaliśmy jasne instrukcje zameldowania i dużo rekomendacji atrakcji w pobliżu. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, wszędzie blisko, łatwo zaparkować na ulicy, gdzie parking jest bezpłatny. Mieszkanie jest piękne i można na miejscu znaleźć wszystko co potrzebne. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Jeżeli planujesz zwiedzić Durres to wybierz właśnie to mieszkanie, będziesz zadowolony.

We zijn zeer tevreden over ons verblijf hier. Wij wilde onverwachts toch nog gebruik maken van fietsen en dit werd vlot en vriendelijk opgepakt. Alles was eventueel op loopafstand. Wel druk om met de auto die kant op te komen.

A fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Hosts were very responsive and the pick up and drop off was great and saved stress. Breakfasts were a lovely touch and the pistachio croissant was delicious! Walk into town just less than 2 miles but is a bus if preferred. Would definitely recommend, clean, tidy, well resourced and great value for money.

The apartment is just as the description and very pleasant. Location was perfect for ease of walking to nearby restaurants, bars, shops and beach. Only thing to note is that being on the main road you do get traffic noise etc. Ivo was a great host and very responsive with all communications, but it did require me having mobile data to message him for check in information, so maybe get that sooner. I would definitely revisit and recommend this property.
