The stay was fantastic, everyone had their own space with private ensuites in pretty much all of the rooms - it’s a beautiful home. The living areas are great. The house has great and thoughtful ammenities. Beautiful surroundings, the stay checked all of our boxes, would highly recommend.

Ash's place was very homely and everyone settled in very quickly. The rooms were large and well heated. Showers worked well. Living areas were compartmentalised well so the kids had the tv and the adults could relax in a separate sitting area. The view of the lake was beautiful and we spent some time with the family of resident swans. It was too cold to use the pool. Would have been lovely to take a dip and overlook the lake. We used the BBQ facilities very easily. Would have to purchase own condiments as mentioned the pantry is not fully stocked. Ample parking for 3 cars and with 11 people in the house, it still felt spacious. Ash was also extremely responsive and clear in his instructions. We had a lovely time. Thanks Ash!

We had a great weekend away at Mel’s place! It was really spacious and the pool area was beautiful. Interiors were stunning as well. The only feedback I’d have was that the kitchen wasn’t overly well stocked - not a lot of glassware, no cocktail shaker etc. and there were no condiments (other than salt, pepper and olive oil). Other than that we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again!

Warrawong Homestead was even better than we were expecting. We were a large group and everyone was in awe of the home, the setting, the inclusions - everything. Proximity to Broadbeach and Surfers with a sophisticated premise on a tranquil part of the canals. Lovely aspect to wake up to and enjoy some quite R&R

The accomodation is so amazing, beautiful with everything locally at our fingertips .. We sadly would only have one inside suggestion more comfortable seating in the lounge room not enough to all sit around for conversations and again for outside more outdoor seating, just a couple more pool noodles for adults to just float with would be amazing, all in all the host the property the experience was wonderful

Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.

Great place. Very clean and tidy. The host was very helpful and made all the efforts to make the stay memorable. The welcome dessert and swim toys for the girls was appreciated. Very close to pacific Fair mall with a lot of food and shopping options.

Perfect for a family/group. We enjoyed the pool and golf area. Very comfortable beds and couch. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Location was perfect and walking distance to Pacific Fair. We'll definitely come again. Thank you Harry!

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Our family absolutely loved Roy's place and had a wonderful weekend there. The house was beautifully laid out with everything you could possibly need, quality kitchen items and utensils that made cooking a meal a pleasure. The house was also immaculately clean. It had a great fenced yard which was a real treat for our dogs and an awesome fire pit that we thoroughly enjoyed, where you could sit and enjoy the surrounding which were beautiful and peaceful. Would not hesitate recommending this property.

The environment was absolutely lovely, and the outdoor space was very comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft – I usually struggle with insomnia, but I slept really well during my stay. Beautiful and clean home. Has everything you need while you stay (minus dryer, which is stated). Unfortunately it rained the whole weekend so we couldn’t enjoy the yard but it’s well equipped for kids and very pet friendly.

We stayed at Cool Cabana while we had some repairs completed on our own home. It was like a home away from home for our family and made a chaotic situation comfortable and easy with a holiday feel even though we all still had to continue with our normal work / school routines. Sara and Anthonys house is spacious, was clean, had comfy beds and the kitchen is well equipped. The house is within a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, pub and bowls club with a surf club and the beach only a 10 minute walk away - so very conveniently located. We stayed here for 2 nights over the weekend and had such a lovely time. It was the perfect place to relax and catch up with our special friends. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The setting was peaceful and welcoming, and we really appreciated how easy and stress-free everything was. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cosy and enjoyable weekend away!

We can where for a family trip where we had multi generations all staying together. This house was perfect! When I say this house had EVERYTHING thought of for children I am not exaggerating! You literally could just turn up with kids and know you are sorted. From bikes, paddle boards, surfboards, lifejackets, pool and beach accessories all the way to kids cutlery and plates they really thought of everything. We had an amazing afternoon using the 10 bikes to go on a family bike ride to Cabarita. We had our youngest rider at 14 months and oldest at 73! My husband took a surf board and had a surf at the other end while we played with the kids under the beach umbrella. Do yourself a favour and stay here it was heavenly! Thanks Kate, you’ve done an amazing job.

Michelle was super communicative. Booked at the last minute and she had us sorted in no time. Arrived late at night and auto check-in was seamless. It was a work trip so we weren't there much, but the house was very tidy and well presented and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

What an amazing stay. This place was absolutely fantastic. The location was stunning, the size was ideal and the amenities were perfect. Robert & Gigi are exceptional host and we really do look forward to staying with them again soon. 5 Stars all round :-)
