Excellent place, great location and responsive hosts.

We had a great weekend away at Mel’s place! It was really spacious and the pool area was beautiful. Interiors were stunning as well. The only feedback I’d have was that the kitchen wasn’t overly well stocked - not a lot of glassware, no cocktail shaker etc. and there were no condiments (other than salt, pepper and olive oil). Other than that we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again!

Ash's place was very homely and everyone settled in very quickly. The rooms were large and well heated. Showers worked well. Living areas were compartmentalised well so the kids had the tv and the adults could relax in a separate sitting area. The view of the lake was beautiful and we spent some time with the family of resident swans. It was too cold to use the pool. Would have been lovely to take a dip and overlook the lake. We used the BBQ facilities very easily. Would have to purchase own condiments as mentioned the pantry is not fully stocked. Ample parking for 3 cars and with 11 people in the house, it still felt spacious. Ash was also extremely responsive and clear in his instructions. We had a lovely time. Thanks Ash!

Proximity to Broadbeach and Surfers with a sophisticated premise on a tranquil part of the canals. Lovely aspect to wake up to and enjoy some quite R&R

I loved dealing with Deirdre. She was so easy to communicate with, and we loved the home. It worked really well for us. We would like to come back again.

June hosted my family for a reunion. It was the most wonderful home I have ever seen. June had everything ready for our arrival and then just left us to it but made her self available if we had any enquires. Our family stay here was absolutely perfect. Ryan and Eniko were lovely hosts who were so responsive, accommodating and kind. The property was wonderful and perfect for our big family with young children. Any questions we had were quickly answered by the hosts which we were very appreciative of. If we went to the Gold Coast again, we would definitely stay here!

This place was so enjoyable. Originally built in the 60’s (?) I was thoroughly impressed with how the whole house was built for the express purpose of hosting large groups. We were 5 siblings and partners celebrating together our mums 90th birthday. We loved the many different living/dining and entertainment areas and had the most enjoyable time especially on the Friday night in the separate movie theatre/media/bar building adjacent to the main house. We played pool, danced, sang, laughed lots and just enjoyed being together. The whole weekend was unforgettable and we’re so glad we found this place. An added treat was getting to see a couple of local wallabies grazing outside over the weekend. Thank you to the hosts for a great venue….We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it !

Perfect for a family/group. We enjoyed the pool and golf area. Very comfortable beds and couch. Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Location was perfect and walking distance to Pacific Fair. We'll definitely come again. Thank you Harry!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb and would highly recommend it! The location is unbeatable—right on the water, offering beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Bernice was incredibly communicative, providing clear instructions and helpful guidance to make planning our stay easy. Although the weather wasn’t on our side, the comfortable and well-equipped accommodation allowed us to fully enjoy our time on Russell Island. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit!

it was a great staying with my family there. 4 rooms 3 floors. Great fire place in living area and BBQ on deck. Great view of Goldcoast city. Family run Cafe nearby is a great place for foods. Thanks Michael.

The stay was fantastic, everyone had their own space with private ensuites in pretty much all of the rooms - it’s a beautiful home. The living areas are great. The house has great and thoughtful ammenities. Beautiful surroundings, the stay checked all of our boxes, would highly recommend.

The environment was absolutely lovely, and the outdoor space was very comfortable. The bedding was incredibly soft – I usually struggle with insomnia, but I slept really well during my stay. Excellent family holiday home! Our family had a wonderful time and were extremely happy with the property. The house is super spacious and well furnished. The butler's kitchen and small outdoor fridge helped a lot with lots of people sharing the house. There were minor defects here and there, such as missing tiles in the pool, but this should be expected with such a large family home.

Better than the photos - which doesn’t always happen. Perfect for families and young children as they have everything there. The house also has everything you could think of on site so need to bring much. Great place to relax and enjoy family time :)

We stayed at Cool Cabana while we had some repairs completed on our own home. It was like a home away from home for our family and made a chaotic situation comfortable and easy with a holiday feel even though we all still had to continue with our normal work / school routines. Sara and Anthonys house is spacious, was clean, had comfy beds and the kitchen is well equipped. The house is within a 5 minute walk to a supermarket, pub and bowls club with a surf club and the beach only a 10 minute walk away - so very conveniently located. We can where for a family trip where we had multi generations all staying together. This house was perfect! When I say this house had EVERYTHING thought of for children I am not exaggerating! You literally could just turn up with kids and know you are sorted. From bikes, paddle boards, surfboards, lifejackets, pool and beach accessories all the way to kids cutlery and plates they really thought of everything. We had an amazing afternoon using the 10 bikes to go on a family bike ride to Cabarita. We had our youngest rider at 14 months and oldest at 73! My husband took a surf board and had a surf at the other end while we played with the kids under the beach umbrella. Do yourself a favour and stay here it was heavenly! Thanks Kate, you’ve done an amazing job.

Lovely big house with lots of room for large groups. Close to shops and beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay here, and the listing was as described. Such a convenient location, around 10 min drive to surfers paradise, while keeping the budget manageable. The hotel's regular pool and hot pool was very clean and a great alternative to the beach on the rainy days of our trip. The poolside BBQ area was also well maintained and made for a great afternoon activity.

The accomodation is so amazing, beautiful with everything locally at our fingertips .. We sadly would only have one inside suggestion more comfortable seating in the lounge room not enough to all sit around for conversations and again for outside more outdoor seating, just a couple more pool noodles for adults to just float with would be amazing, all in all the host the property the experience was wonderful

The house was beautiful. Nathan and Shelley were wonderful hosts. We had the most amazing holiday in a house that was just perfect for us. It was beautiful and spacious. The kids loved everything about it and we found the house very accommodating for our 3 children (6 and under) and the rest of our family. The Kitchen is just awesome! The bedrooms are perfect and the bathrooms are incredible too. The toys, books, pool and trampoline were a big hit too! Thank you again. It was amazing!
