Holiday rentals with a patio in Gökçebel Mahallesi

I stayed with my family at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time. Everything about the house is perfect. There are facilities to meet all your needs, such as the view, location, etc. Mr. İlhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

The house was delivered very clean, a pleasant house where a family can stay comfortably , offering an even bigger space with its covered terrace.

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

I had such a lovely time staying at this home in Gümüşlük. Everything was just perfect – the house was spotless, well-furnished, and had everything I needed. The garden and the view were absolutely amazing – I could’ve spent the whole day just sitting outside and enjoying the peace and quiet. The neighborhood was calm and beautiful, just what I was looking for. The host was also incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. I really felt at home. I’d love to come back someday – highly recommended!

The host, Ms. Leyla, is a magnificent person, the house and nature place are great, it is a place that you can definitely recommend, it is very useful for crowded families, we had seasonal bad luck, it was rainy, but we were still happy

Mustafa is a really nice host and very accommodating . You can stay in this unique house and enjoy the pool and nature.

We thought it would be more comfortable to rent a house when we had a small baby, and we rented a house for the first time. That's why I did a lot of research, I approached it very meticulously, and we really felt at home with the cleanliness of the house, the furniture in it, and the approach of Ms. Seda and the gentleman working on the site. They were flexible both at our check-in time and at our check-out time, according to the baby's sleep time. This is incredibly precious for a mother. They always helped us when we needed something. I haven't really taken a vacation outside of a hotel for years, but I think I'll be open to renting a house now. In fact, I think I'll make a plan to come here every year. ☺️🙏🏻

Ebru's house is a short walk from the bustling waterfront, it is peaceful, with family living close by in a cosy atmosphere, it was a short distance to everywhere in Bodrum, a block away from the location of the Mausoleum of Halicarnasus, a wonder of the ancient world. my brother and I enjoyed staying there, would love to visit again one day

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

We definitely recommend this stay. Our group of 8 fit comfortably. We were able to park our car right out front, and the second car a short 2-min walk away. It felt very safe. It was very charming and as described. The host was very responsive and provided us with some recommendations for our day trip to Kos.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home we booked was a true gem. The views were breathtaking—waking up to those serene landscapes each morning was a real treat and at night the Bodrum castle looked stunning. The space was beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we could need. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their local tips were super helpful. The neighborhood itself was peaceful yet close enough to everything we wanted to explore. Plus, the internet was fast and reliable, which was a big plus! The home was also spacious and had a warm, comfortable vibe that made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place—can’t wait for another stay!

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea due to the slope, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own sunbeds and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged a service fee. The host Ms. Esra's mother Ms. Sema and her father are incredibly polite, caring and friendly people. They took a close interest in us during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

The house is in a great location, we ate every evening against the sunset view. It is very close to the sea by stairs from the house, the site is very organized people, there are no sunbeds problems even on the holiday, the sea mornings are a little wavy in the afternoon, but it is not cold to enter and the water temperature is not cold, the house is very nicely furnished, the house is very well furnished, the house is dusted because the house was left open for cleaning on the first day, although the house was cleaned on the first day, we wrote to Mr. Berke and he wrote it again, the house was a little old and small, the barbecue in the house was a bit old and small, we were very impressed with the veranda, we were very impressed with the veranda. Everything was great, we felt like we went to our own vacation home. There are two huge patios, no air conditioning is needed, the materials in the house are of good quality, we are satisfied, we recommend it.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

We had a great stay experience. The host offered us an extra stay because there were no guests before and after, and thanks to him, we had a longer vacation. It was as if we didn't rent an Airbnb, but were guests at our friend's house. Thank you very much, I hope it will be available when we come back :)

Everything was very nice. Ms. Rabia and her esteemed wife were very interested in us. Everything is spotless, exactly what you see in the photo. You can go without a doubt.

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is AC in both the living room and bedroom AC. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything necessary. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

I enjoyed it very much. I would love to stay again. There is a clean and beautiful dental environment. It's very close to the sea. There was a friendly and helpful team. The mulberry tree was definitely a beautiful surprise. If you go at the end of May/June, you can eat plenty :) Maybe a few things can be improved. 1) The rooms could have been a little more enjoyable. It's very clean, everything works properly, but it could be a little warmer with a little touch. It felt like a newly moved house, as if it wasn't fully completed yet. 2) Breakfast was prepared with quality ingredients, but the portion was a little small for me. I think it's enough income for most people, though.

We booked the two-bedroom suite for our family vacation. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful. For long stay guests, trash is picked every day and deep clean with towel change is weekly but when we asked for new towels they made an exception. The pool was nice and cafe next to the pool was good but closed super early (5pm). The restaurants around the hotel are pricey, so we mostly cooked our own food (ask for pots and silverware at the reception!) or ate out in budget-friendly and authentic spots closer to Bitez or Bodrum. We rented a car so it was easy to get around. The car allowed us to visit nearby beaches and towns because there is not a lot of public transit in the area. It’s a 5-min walk to a nice beach, especially if you go further right where more beach cafes are. Even though we visited in the shoulder season, the weather was very warm, we could swim in the sea, and there were lots of things to do without suffering the crowds and high prices.

Fantastic stay. Dorman is set in beautiful grounds, Suites are spacious and clean. Staff are lovely, very efficient and nothing to much trouble for them. The turkish breakfast which is offered every morning was very nice. Only drawback for anyone looking to stay is if they have mobility problems or don't like walking, it may be a bit far out although it is only about a 10 minute walk to the beach (all downhill, it's coming back that is not so good). I would definately stay at The Dorman again.

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much
