BEGONViLLA Lebiderya view apartment with terrace

The 2nd floor of the 2-storey villa with a view of the Lebiderya sea and the terrace is rented. My house is located under Gerish, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment is a view of the lebiderya sea view that only belongs to you there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the place where our site is located is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.

The covered terrace is ideal for barbecues and AL-fresco dining with another comfortable seating area overlooking the pool and garden. The location of the villa makes it ideal to visit all of the Bodrum Peninsula with a local bus route nearby, a short drive takes you to the town of Bodrum or the nearby resort of Bitez. Renovated December 2022 the villa now has a larger living room and Sauna!

very peaceful place

Without passport data, entry is prohibited. A house with a magnificent large green garden. There is a barbecue area in the garden. Where you can spend a great evening. The house has 2 bedrooms with 4 beds. The house is large 135 sq.m. on the ground floor with a separate entrance. We are waiting for lovers of flowers 💐 and tranquility to visit Marina's jalikavak 5 minutes by car. The nearest beach is 1 km away. Shops and a stop are all nearby. Very good location
