I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! The house itself is a major attraction. It has everything you need to feel at home. The beautiful garden provides a perfect setting for a pleasant, non-rainy day. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, and the Tube is a 10-minute walk. There are plenty of options nearby if you don’t want to go far. I highly recommend it if you are staying in Camden.

We had a lovely stay in Ruth's cottage, we have no complaints. The area was central to what we wanted to do and the cottage itself is lovely and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped and has a dishwasher, which we found a welcome surprise, who wants to wash up on holiday? The bedrooms are comfortable with blackout blinds, we all slept well, but there is a road outside so if you are a light sleeper or have children perhaps the back bedroom would suit them more. We particularly enjoyed using the snug, where a few games of chess were played. There are lots of board games to choose from. This is our first time using an airbandb, we found the whole experience good and we shall use again, but I doubt we will be able to come back to Ruth's cottage as we think it will book up really quickly! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Beautiful spacious, clean and well equipped cottage in a pretty village. The garden is delightful and there is an opportunity to use the outdoor furniture. The indoor space is very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing there after busy days sightseeing in the area. Would definitely return.

A superb venue for an all too rare holiday for the extended family. Very quiet and extremely comfortable. We went to Out of Bounds to play bowling and mini golf which was a highlight for our family (ranging in age from 26 -88).

Ricky's place was absolutely perfect for our needs and exceedingly well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen in particular was outstanding! Also Ricky was greta at communication - answering any questions very quickly. It was overall an exceptionally good Airbnb experience. Thank you

We had a delightful one night stay at The Nest on our way to the south coast. After a long day of travel, arriving at The Nest was a welcome embrace. Spotlessly clean and so cozy, it is clear that Sally and Steven have put much care and effort into making this lovely space an oasis. We slept well and were appreciative of the optional breakfast. Steven's culinary skills provided us with a hearty start to the day and we enjoyed the opportunity of chatting with Sally and learning more about the area. Our only regret is that this was a one night stay. If ever in the area, we would certainly stay again. While we did not visit on this trip, we highly recommend nearby Petworth--both the town and the National Trust property are within easy reach.

Beautiful grounds and lovely big house. The perfect weekend location for our group of friends and small children. Jim was very helpful and responsive, and the house had everything we needed.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. I had a wonderful stay! The host provided clear instructions, making check-in a breeze. The location offered a great sense of privacy while still being very accessible to the city centre. The space was sprawling and definitely value for money. The host was generous, accommodating, and always quick to respond with helpful information. Would absolutely stay again!

This was my second stay here and I felt really at home as soon as I arrived after a busy few weeks travelling. The little house has everything you need for a great stay and is easily walkable to town and the station. John and James are fab hosts - easy to liaise with and I loved the little goodie box thank you

Nick and Sandra were so so lovely and accommodating! Their space was beautiful and they even stocked the fridge with some basic food which was so kind and helpful for the time I was there! They met me when I arrived and were beyond welcoming and helpful! I had a lovely stay at their place and would recommend to anyone! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area!☺️❤️
