On Sutin

JacekRating, 5 stars10 months ago
A fantastic, atmospheric, and spacious home where each family could find a place for themselves. Huge well equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and 3 bedrooms. Plus a laundry room. Very good wifi. Beautiful view outside the window. Convenient location in the middle of the Faroe Islands - easy access in every direction. Very close to the store. Great contact in Maria, who is very responsive and always ready to help. Easy check-in and check-out. The house is pretty low and tall people might have issues. Also, be careful of the steep and narrow stairs.

Renovated house with stunning panoramic views.

MarineRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The accommodation is very well located on the island. It is very well equipped for a family of 4. We had a great trip. The view is just amazing, we spent our free time watching the boats and the ocean! ⛴️ I would recommend this place! especially with children, we had the necessary equipment! 📚🧸 Thank you and we'll be back with pleasure!

Great view from cozy house!

MarionRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Our stay at Jona's was great. The house is a real warm cocoon where you are always happy to return after a day spent outside. It is steeped in history and filled with details that make it charming. Being able to stay in a typical house is a real plus! The view is a real pleasure at any time of the day. The location is perfect for visiting Esturoy and the Northern Islands. Thank you very much for your responsiveness and kindness!

Luxury boathouse - 3 m from the sea

KimRating, 5 stars6 days ago
The boathouse in Strendur was the perfect place to enjoy our mornings overlooking the water. It was a great launching point for exploring the islands to the north and south and easy to get to the airport. Faroe Islands has an incredible road and tunnel system which connects most islands and it's very easy to get around. After a long day of exploring and hiking, we loved coming back to the boathouse to relax, plan our next day, and watch the world go by on the water in front of us. Niclas was a wonderful host and very available whenever we had questions. The boathouse has no address, but the adjacent church and the photos made it easy to find. I highly recommend this lovely Nordic-designed space for lodging in the Faroe Islands!

Unique boathouse by the foreshore | Sea view

ShaneRating, 5 stars1 month ago
There is no way to capture in pictures how beautiful the scenery is from this home. Absolutely stunning. Very comfortable for 2 people but the shower was a challenge. No way around that. It was an adventure trying to get a shower in and try not to fall and kill yourself. Small price to pay in my opinion and will 100% stay here again.

The view

NewtonRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Torben is a terrific host, making sure we were set up and letting us know to get groceries in advance because the peaceful island of Nolsoy is sparsely populated and things close early. He checked to be sure we were ok without being intrusive. Directions were spot on and check out couldn’t be easier. His liberal checkout schedule is even timed to the ferries departing Nolsoy. The cozy house is shore front with views across the strait of Torshavn and is steps to walks in the village and hikes on the north side of Nolsoy island. The kitchen is freshly renovated with overly ample amenities. Abundance of kitchenware, spices and extras.
