First of all, I would like to publicly thank Fernando, a top-notch person, I did not have the pleasure of meeting him in person, but every time I needed to talk to him, he was always very quick to respond. The apartment is top-notch, I highly recommend it.

Well, I needed a place to rest for a while, get out of the big city rush, and researching I found the ideal place. The place is safe, quiet and very cozy. The very helpful hostess(Raquel), referred me to a restaurant to go to dinner. I have nothing to complain about! And you can be sure that when I want to escape the rush of the big city, I'll think about this little place in Paudalho that won my heart.

I just wasn't lucky enough to see the sunset, because I arrived late on the first day and the weather was more overcast the next day. The place has a very good green space. Because it is inland and has a lot of greenery, the climate is mountainous and very cold. Good for going as a couple and staying close. The pool is also very good, with a view of the horizon and slightly heated. I had the bad luck of the car tire going flat in an incident, but I counted on the help of the doorman who made the change. But, the access is good, with a fully paved runway. If you arrive at night, you may be surprised by the "pitch darkness", because it is really inland.

The apartment meets the needs, we only spent one night, and it served us very well. It has two fans, one for each room, but on very hot days, it may not be enough for the environment. As described in the listing, towels are not provided, but the rest of the bedding, blankets and other items are provided by the host. On the street of the condominium there are snack bars, with pastries, soups. Thamirys is very helpful and collaborative.

All appliances, kitchen utensils and air conditioning are new and work perfectly. The beds are comfortable and guarantee a good night's sleep. The location is quiet, ideal for resting. Check-in was done at the reception of the Portal de Gravatá and this is where my criticism lies: I arrived with my family shortly after a tour with about 50 people. We had to wait for the 50 people to check in, as there was no specific counter to serve the other guests or for the tour. The entire process lasted more than 1 hour. Apart from this inconvenience, the stay was great. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. It is far from the leisure areas of Portal and the access staircase to the mezzanine is narrow, but the facilities are great, ideal for those looking to disconnect and rest.

The parking lot is in front of the building, on the big sidewalk. On its floor is the small condominium pool. Upstairs has a private, very small swimming pool, a jacuzi, which is the barbecue area and laundry room. A room is a room and kitchen, with a good space, TV and basic cooking utensils. It has a room with good air conditioning, double bed and wardrobe. It is also possible to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room and in a room above, but it is air-conditioning, and with a fan. The upper bedroom has a sofa bed and a desk. If it does not rain, it is possible to sleep up with the open window, to the sound of the sea. The water of the condominium is not good for washing. It tastes rusty and can dirty clothes. I paid someone to wash for me.
