Charming mountain counts in Nordfjord with hot tub

IMPORTANT: There is no electricity or water at the cabin. Aggregate is available for short use and there is an outdoor toilet in the barn. We cannot guarantee water in the river for swimming. Charming mountain seat/cabin in beautiful surroundings in Nordfjord. Here you can experience the real Norwegian cabin feeling, travel back in time and have the opportunity to relax. The cabin is a good starting point for several great trips into the mountains, and if you want to relax you can do it in the sun ridge with fjord and mountain views or around the fire pit.

"Off the Grid" The Tranquility of the Forest

At this unique and tranquil accommodation, you can recharge your batteries. Admittedly, it is only the body's battery that can be charged for the cabin does not have electricity. It also does not have WIFI and mobile coverage is poor so here you can be in peace in the middle of nature. The cabin has no running water, and the toilet is the primitive type called an outdoor toilet. But the cabin is in return easily accessible, you can drive all the way up on a private gravel road. If you want to go away from modern life, you are welcome with us .

From 2024 wifi is included. Also included in the rent are bedlinen, towels (1 little and 1big pp), kitchentowel, dishcloth. This cabin is renovated in the winter of '19/'20. It's situated in the little village Tistam which is a part of the smalltown Utvik. Tistam is a small, idyllic and quiet place in Stryn municipality. Perfectly situated near to the fjord in a beautiful scenery known for its spectacular fjords and mountains. Good place to relax or as a base for trips/activities in Nordfjord.

Here you are surrounded by high mountains, a lake, rivers and waterfalls. The area are good for trout fishing, and it's possible for the guests to rent a boat during the summer. If you like hiking, there are many great routs in the area. If you just are looking for silence and beautiful scenery, just sit down and enjoy!

1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of another cabin. Amazing views over Nordfjorden. Quiet and quiet surroundings, with good hiking opportunities in both winter and summer. About 20 min with a car from Stryn city centre, and about 30 min to Loen skylift. Wifi with fiber speed. Enjoy silence in the beautiful Myklebust valley, with the Dala river sildande past and steep mountains. Cabin with simple standard in beautiful western nature. The cabin has no inlaid straum or water and the food must be stored in a gas kitchen. There is a solar panel that supplies the lamps in the cabin with straum. When using the cabin, you must use an outdoor toilet. Early days, the harness was used to fit the animals when they were grazing in the summer.
