Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Glendale

Jean and Natalie have a beautiful, private, secluded property at 7200’ elevation. Looking down into the prairie valley and across it to the hills, mountain, buttes, and escarpments as the sun and clouds track the sky is a constantly changing spectacle of nature that is seldom experienced. The proximity to Bryce, Zion, Red Canyon, the Navaho Tribal Lands in Arizona and other parks is an excellent gift for the guests of Ridgetop Hideaway. The golden-mantled squirrels that inhabit this property are ubiquitous and busy. We observed hummingbirds in our faces daily, mule deer, various skunks (small lizards), ravens, sparrows, and buntings on the property as well. We recommend a four wheel drive vehicle for road trips in Utah, it would be essential to access this home in winter. On our last day, a dense fog like we have seen in the Smoky Mountains of NC bathed the property with a pine, fir, spruce, balsam fragrance that l hope we’ll never forget. Wow, just wow. What a wonderful peaceful home away from home! Nothing missing - and I have to say this- they even have suitcase chairs!!!! The house feels very warm and welcoming and the location is awesome - very close to the center of Kanab but very quiet. We'll definitely come back!

We had a great time! It was really quiet, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the bathtub very appreciated after a long day in the park!!

Staying at Astoa Extea was an excellent experience. Ultra clean, super comfortable beds, and an overall peaceful place to stay. The home was well stocked which made it feel extra homey...would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near beautiful parks and many outdoor activities.

Beautiful home. It was set up very nice with the main bedroom separated from the kids/guest bedrooms which allowed for more privacy. The expansive windows let you take in the view, along with the sliding patio doors which gives it an indoor/outdoor feel. The pool/patio is the heart of the home, which is perfect for family. The huge living room and kitchen make it easy to cook and provide a relaxing space for a large family. Check in was clearly stated and super easy. We arrived late at night and everything was perfectly prepared. We had an issue with the water heater and someone was there within an hour of us messaging the host to fix it. It was fixed within another hour and worked the rest of the trip. The rental team is very responsive and easy to understand. Clean up is very straightforward. We stay at rentals often, so the easy list was refreshing. Overall, a top tier stay. Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

On our mother daughter road trip we stayed at Deborah’s cabin for 3 nights. It’s hard to call it a cabin because it was such a great size! My daughter took the loft—which is an en-suite that included a separate area for reading, writing or just lounging. I was happy to stay in the cozy downstairs. Every room had terrific views as there were windows on every wall. In addition to a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room, there were ample places to curl up on a couch or sit at a large dining table, as well as multiple outside rooms for dining and lounging. The whole place was spotless—even the linens were like new! We also were so appreciative of things that showed wonderful thoughtfulness: like the little packets of wipes next to the binoculars, and the epsom salts next to the bath. The property is gorgeous! We saw cows and wild turkeys and jack rabbits. And at night we saw the most magnificent stars. All in all it was a magical place to be and we hope to return again soon!

Loved our stay! The home was cozy and had plenty of space for our group. It was close to all of the adventures we wanted to experience. Would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay in this home, ideal location between the North rim of the Grand Canyon (don’t miss a trip to Cape Royal) and Bryce Canyon. We had a very enjoyable meal in the Wild Thyme Cafe which is at the end of the road. The house is very well equipped with very comfortable beds, lovely linens and towels, plus a washer and dryer that also came in handy. Would happily stay again.

Enjoyed our stay and was very roomy and comfortable. The ping pong and pool table was a great hit with our teenager. Necia was very responsive to a couple of minor needs. Highly recommend her place

The Secret Retreat was absolutely incredible! Very quiet and a perfect place to decompress after a long day. My son loved the ponies and the play structure outside. It really felt like a piece of home. Donna is an amazing host and is always pleasant to talk to. She was happy to answer all of my questions and was very understanding when my arrival was later than expected. I would love to stay here again next time I come visit. Thanks, Donna!!!

One of the best Air bnbs we have stayed in. Lovely rooms, thoughtful items such as handcream, snack bars and hot drinks. Full kitchen, pleasant yard seating. Really comfortable beds and nice linen. Thoroughly recommended.

This is a great location if you want to visit multiple locations in the area. The stars at night are fantastic too! Paula and Rob were great hosts. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was great to have a place where our pup was welcome. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!

Great place to stay in Panguitch close to restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Tonja was a communicative and friendly host who helped us with our questions.

Kate's place was great overall. We enjoyed the hot tub which was clean like everything else. Would definitely recommend !!

This was the middle stop of our week long trip and was so nice to have a large house AND a pool to relax. We were right between all the things we were looking to go do so the location was great as well!

Our stay at Treetop was excellent! Super clean. We loved the patio area to drink our coffee in the early mornings or to just relax in the evenings. Although it is in the middle of town, it is very peaceful. Hanna was a phenomenal communicator and very helpful when I had questions!

Hank was on property when we arrived and took a great deal of time to show us the home and the surrounding landscape, hiking trails, things to do in Zion with his local knowledge etc. He even took us on a hike on his property to great overlooks and hidden caves! Hank was great.

My family and I stayed over the weekend at Desert Color by Ember Stays. We had an incredible time renting this beautiful home and it’s less than a minute walk to the pool/lagoon beach. This house had comfortable beds in every single room very nice and clean. We can’t wait to come back and stay with Ember Stays again.

Was absolutely beautiful. Very easy access and right across from the pool which was very handy. Got all the information for check in the day before. 💯 will be booking again!

The space was perfect for our stay- lots of room to spread out. We enjoyed eating on the outside table to take in the views. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-appointed - even though we didn't cook any meals! Only small issue we had was the guest room shower - difficult to get the shower turned on! Our kids enjoyed the pools although the big pool was closed when we were there which made the other pools a bit crowded. All in all, a good stay, felt like we were "at home"!

David's house was not only spacious but very comfortable. 6 adults could always find somewhere to tuck in or hang out all together at the dining room table... the chess matches were fierce. The house decor was fun to look at, LOTS to look at. The unique light fixtures in every room, was like walking through a showroom. The kitchen had just about everything. The beds were comfortable, the pillows could have a varied selection. I would definitely stay here again if the chance ever presents itself. Thank you David and Cathy. Oh yeah, the little helpful notes around were much appreciated.
