Between the shops, museums, historical monuments and local brewery, this town is the quiet escape you have been searching for. Enjoy our little casita perfectly located just off US 380. Sit next to the warmth of a wood burning stove in the winter, or enjoy cool evening throughout the summer. Hiking, skiing, racetrack and casino are all nearby. Ruidoso is about a 35 minute drive from Casa de Luna.

THERE IS NO WIFI IN THE CASITA All the museums and historical buildings in Lincoln are open so its a great time to come stay with us in the magical valley of Lincoln, where you can experience the old West, enjoy watching the wildlife, and hike the mountain trails. The property is located across the highway from the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack with ample parking and easy access. The view from the yard is of the Hondo Valley and Sacramento Mountains.​ It is elevated away from flooding plains a short 3 minutes from Walmart and 5 minutes from Midtown. The spacious interior is recently remodeled. There is a new outdoor space with a gas fire pit. Winter guests will enjoy the cozy Waterford wood stove in the living room..

We have a grill on our back deck with a seating area plus a hot tub in the back yard. Our front deck has a 2 person porch swing where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. As frequent Airbnb guests we feel we have provided a great place for you to stay.

We are conveniently located about halfway between downtown Ruidoso and Ski Run Rd. which takes you to Ski Apache. Elevation is 7000 ft, so it's a bit cooler here than down in the village. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long work week or for an extended stay. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
