firstly, the apartment was pristine. Goranas parents were so lovely and welcoming and bought us lots of lovely treats in the form of delicious food and drink over the course of our stay. As well as this they were just lovely hosts and really made us feel at home straight away. The pier by the beach is so so peaceful and relaxing and the water was beautiful. the apartment is within walking distance of two lovely restaurants that are on the water as well as a lovely village and the roman mosaics. I would recommend a hire car if you are visiting as it allowed us the freedom to go and visit places outside of Risan. Risan and Montenegro are very beautiful and unlike any place I have visited before. 1000% recommend.

We had a great stay here. It was central , close to great bars and restaurants but also very quiet and peaceful. Communication was great and we felt very safe.

Kesinlikle tekrar geldiğimizde burada olmayı ümit ediyoruz. Evin konumu ise trafik sorunu olan bir yer olduğu için muazzam ! Arabayı park edecek otopark mevcut ve Kotor’daki her yere neredeyse yürürüme mesafesinde. Yürüyerek cenneti keşfedin ! Ve Aleksandar muazzam bir insan. O kadar güzel bir ev kurmuşlar ki hayran kaldım. Ayrıca çok hızlı geri dönüşleri ve talimatları iletti. Şehir hakkında bir çok bilgiyi gelmeden ve geldikten sonra da bana iletti. Kendisini tanımış olduğum için çok mutluyum. Burada bir dost olduğunu biliyorum artık 😉 gözünüz kapalı bu evi tercih edebilirisiniz. Çok mutlu ayrılacağınıza eminim ✨

Srdjan and his Father Stanko were amazing with their communication and their recommendations for the area. We took their advice and did a boat tour with their preferred guide to the Blue Cave, the submarine tunnels and our Lady of the Rocks. There was a discount with the recommendation. We also walked up to the Fortress and a lovely visit to Perast. The unit was very comfortable, clean and quiet with a very good bed and shower. There was a 900m walk to Old Town which suited us.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig, etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Dorf entfernt. Sie war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick in die Berge. Ein Parkplatz steht direkt auf dem Grundstück zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt zu Milica und Vasko war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Bootsfahrt mit Vasko – ein echtes Highlight! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. It’s a perfect blend of stunning scenery and prime location.

A great place to stay, the host was super helpful in any questions we had and flexible with check in times. Nice view of the mountains from the balcony and everything you need in the area. It’s roughly a 30min walk to the Old town and a 15-20min walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property

wunderschönes Haus, mit tollem Grundstück direkt am Eingang des nationalpark. Üppige Natur, schöne Spielgelegenheiten für die Kinder, guter Grill. rundum herrlich. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Vasilije war super zuvorkommend, hilfreich und höflich. Wir hätten gerne verlängert, hatten aber leider schon wo anders gebucht. Die Kinder wolten gar nicht weg. eine klare empfehlung!

**Review:** Book it! This place is a thousand times better than the photos! We stayed as a large family at Villa Infinity, and it was the most comfortable home out of the 50 bookings I've had on Airbnb. It truly feels like home! The kitchen is fully equipped with even the most unexpected items. There’s a wide variety of dishware, including plates for pasta, risotto, soups, and glasses for wine, cognac, whiskey, and champagne—everything you could possibly need. There’s a charcoal grill and a thoughtfully designed outdoor dining area. The villa has 4 master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. Every sunrise and sunset at the villa is unique, with a million-dollar view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and kind, ready to assist with any questions. Upon arrival, we noticed there was no microwave, which is essential for a family with a small child. Natasha, the host, went out of her way to buy and deliver one the very same day! I give it 10 out of 5.

If you're looking for a stunning view of Budva this place is for you. We never imagined how beautiful this place would be and we hope to come back in the future!

Both the house and the host were excellent. The house is just a short walk to the old town of Kotor - and it's actually much nicer to be away from the crowds in this lovely house with pool, terraces and beautiful gardens ...as well as the view of the mountains and old town. Aleksandra and Andrika (her son) were ideal hoss. Very communicative and responsive. Gave some great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. If you can book this place - do.

Slavko ile iletişim kurmak çok kolaydı , gittiğimizde bizi eşi Sanija karşıladı , kibar ve tatlı bir bayandı , heryer temizdi , çarşaf takımları yumuşatıcı kokuyordu , evde çamaşır makinesi dahil mutfak ve diğer tüm ihtiyaçlar mevcuttu ,manzarası işte fotoğraflardan daha da güzeldi ,balkonda oturup manzarayı izledik eski şehiri gezip balkondan manzarayı izlemek için can attık . Eski şehir yürüyerek 15 dakika ancak çıkış biraz yokuş olduğundan sıkıntı olabilir biz yürüyerek indik ve taksiyle çıktık ancak kotora yine gelsem bu eşsiz manzarada konaklamak isterim

Super close to the old town, and steak restaurant near by is good! Bedroom got nice and dim with the window shades and fan in room even though there was AC as well!

Nice apartment in a modern house. Location might look a bit far from old town or beaches, but it's not: only 10-15 minutes by foot. Goran was friendly and responded quickly. The shower head was a bit leaking, however this wasn't a problem for me.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

The apartment was as described. We liked the parking spot and that we were surrounded by lots of supermarkets. The hosts were super nice and available for questions. They recommended some beaches and restaurants to us. We had a good time !

Simply the best! We love the location, cleanliness, mod cons esp the Dolce Gusto coffee machine! Top appliances, good bed incl the sofa bed in the living room. Very well thought out. 5 stars for this stay!

This wonderful place is located in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. I had a relaxing and comfortable stay as the apartment had everything you could wish for. A grocery store is within 15mins walking distance and the marvelous old town of Kotor along with multiple hiking trails in the neighbouring mountains are within the same distance. Even the airport of Tivat is even within 15mins by car but this place feels like a different place on earth as peaceful and quiet as it is! I wish I could have stayed longer, thank you for everything!
