The old house

The old house of the Guissinnières is located in the heart of the Loire Valley between the pretty villages of Gizeux (and its superb castle) and Parçay-les-Pins in the Angevine countryside. Surrounded by orchards, vineyards, La Vieille Maison has a kitchen/dining room/living room with the charm of exposed beams and a bread oven. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed (180 x 200) and overlooks the private garden. A folding extra bed is provided for an extra person.

Our house is an 1850 farmhouse, restored and located less than 3 hours from Paris. We fell in love with its tufa stones, its exposed beams and its soothing environment. We would like to share it with all those who are looking for a peaceful countryside, overlooking deer and wheat fields. With its 4 bedrooms and large garden, it is the perfect place to spend a pleasant time with family or friends, not far from the Loire, its vineyards and castles.

With family or friends, come and discover the vineyards of BOURGUEIL, CHINON, SAUMUR, or visit our many historical sites and enjoy the many outdoor activities. This family cottage has been designed to make your stay conducive to rest with all the necessary comforts. The house offers large rooms and can accommodate up to 10 people to create great memories.
