House holiday rentals in Giulianova

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Grande alloggio, splendida piscina con vista sulle colline marchigiane.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Tina è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra con tanto di consigli sulla zona. L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde, ottimo per chi cerca un appoggio per le attività intorno. Consigliatissimo

perfekte Unterkunft. alles da was man braucht und ein wunderschöner und gepflegter Garten. Klimaanlage in beiden Schlafzimmern war Geld wert. alles hat bestens funktioniert, war sauber und angenehm. Ein abgesperrte kleine Siedlung wo Kinder ohne Probleme und Gefahren draußen spielen konnten. Einzig zu beachten, dass Stechmücken unterwegs sind. Der nächste Ort ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet sehe schönes Ambiente und gute Restaurants.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Alloggio ben curato, pulito e fresco nonostante la stagione estiva, un punto di forza è la veranda esterna, ci ritorneremo probabilmente.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

Perfectly located for a little get away with a great balcony overlooking the beautiful mountains! A wonderful spot to spend a few days.

Wir waren von der Architektur, der Ausstattung sowie der Landschaft in der die Villa eingebettet ist, bezaubert. Jede Tageszeit bietet verschiedene Lichtspiele und die Stimmungen ändern je nach Wetter. Das Haus ist nicht nur stilvoll sondern auch sehr funktionell. Man kann wunderbare Wanderungen in der Umgebung sowie Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Gegend ist bekannt für guten Wein, Olivenöl und Kulinarik. Germano ist ein aufmerksamer und grosszügiger Mensch, wir danken ihm herzlich und kommen gerne wieder.

Claudio est un hôte extrêmement sympathique et attachant. L’appartement est immense et nos attentes pour les trois nuits que nous y avons passé ont été largement dépassés. La cuisine est bien équipée, Claudio avait même fourni une nouvelle bouteille neuve d’huile d’olive extra vierge de 750 ml,il nous a fourni une carte cadeau de sept euros pour une pâtisserie laquelle est fortement réputée. En cours de location, il est venu nous apporter des œufs de la ferme. Le Wi-Fi est puissant, les terrasses, ceinture, les trois côtés et donnent sur des panoramas différents à jeter par terre. Le stationnement est immense. L’automobile est protégé par une porte mécanique sécurisée. Le lit était confortable et de l’eau chaude à profusion. Pour l’arrivée, Claudio a fait preuve d’une grande flexibilité, et il en a été de même au départ. Nous vous recommandons cette villa sans réserve aucune

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

L’appartamento é semplicemente splendido. Incredibile la cura dei particolari e l’ ottimizzazione degli spazi. La posizione é strategica, tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo molto vicina al paese e alle spiagge, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Mohammed é un host molto accogliente e disponibile, per qualsiasi necessità potete contare su di lui. Se alloggerete qui non dovrete pensare a nulla se non a rilassarvi. Grazie di tutto, torneremo sicuramente!

I stayed at Novella's place for 4 weeks, and it was a perfect home base for me to relax and recharge during my travels through Europe. It was a quiet village and a nice change of pace from the bustling cities that I had previously visited. I would say that I wish I had a car because I could have explored more of the Abruzzo region, but Pescara was easily accessibly by train for nice beach days. There is also a bus that runs frequently to go up the hill in Chieti for some museums, parks, and restaurants. The bus from Rome is about 2 hours, there are only about 2-3 a day but it was more reliable and quicker than the train. I enjoyed my stay and Novella was fantastic :) She was so kind and responsive the whole time I was there.

Both Stefania and her parents were very helpful, friendly and accommodating and they were always available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful and in a stunning location, that is not too far from either the mountains or towns and shops. Thank you for the amazing stay!

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

Nous avons passé sept semaines dans la maison loft de Franco. Tout était parfait ! L’endroit est extrêmement calme et la vue est à couper le souffle. Franco est un hôte discret mais extrêmement disponible et réactif. La communication a été excellente avant notre arrivée et durant tout le séjour. Montesilvano Colle est un très joli village et c’est le point de départ de nombreuses balades plus merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Une chose est sûre : s’il nous est possible de revenir dans ce logement, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde !
