Waterfront holiday rentals in Giske Municipality

We realy enjoyed our stay at Mariannes place. It was spacious, clean and right across the sea. Alnes is a great place to spend a couple days of of you like hiking, and the trail that goes to the top of the mountain is realy close to the house. We would definitely come back again.

Esperienza fantastica! L' appartamento é stato super accogliente , pulito , dotato di ogni servizio. 10 min a piedi dal centro e a 2min dal supermercato. Zona tranquilla e con un parco che dona una vista dall'alto molto suggestiva. Grazie Arnstein per l' ospitalità.

Monica and Ivar are great hosts. they are very welcoming and helpful. The stay is very nice and cozy and with all the amenities. There is a bus stand just right outside the house and it takes only 15 minutes to go to Alesund central. The view from the house is also a bonus.

We only stayed one night but it was very comfortable and clean. Close to amenities and water. The hike up the hill to lookout over Ålesund was spectacular in the evening sunshine

This was our 2nd stay at the apartment and it was every bit as good as last time. It was very comfortable and well equipped, in a good location with an amazing view. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Alesund a 3rd time.

VERY HYGGE The little house was so cosy and well appointed with extra amenities and attention to detail. The hosts - a sweet young family who live upstairs are very welcoming and helpful. The location really is perfect. Island hopping to spectacular nature reserves and landmarks and easy to visit art nouveau Ålesund which is possibly the prettiest little town in Norway. We drove to the Atlantic Ocean road and hiked Briksdalsbreen glacier. Both just a few hours driving. Thank you Stine and Jon And family for a very special few days in Vestland. We would love to visit again one day.

We had a great stay here, the apartment is huge, very clean and pretty central in Ålesund. We also appreciated the parking spot in front of the house and that there’s a supermarket right around the corner.

The property is at a stunning location and has beautiful view. The property is excellent and well maintained. The host Ina was amazing and provided all the information clearly and was very helpful before and during the stay. She made us so comfortable to stay in her property by arranging everything nicely beforehand. Many thanks Ina and best wishes to you. Absolutely beautiful setting. Right on the water. The home is stunningly designed and perfectly functional. Mari is an exceptionally communicative and helpful host. We did a two-week family vacation here with five people and it was perfect. 10 minutes from the airport in Vigra. And 10 minutes from downtown Alesund with great shopping and restaurants. Tons of great hiking and cruise experiences in the area. It’s a two hour drive (or cruise) from Geiranger Fjord, which is a must. I highly recommend staying at this place!

We had a great stay at Silje’s place. She and her husband were great hosts. Very considerate and friendly. The house itself is in a stunning location with everything you need to feel right at home.

We’ve been booking airbnbs since the past 5 years but nothing compares to the warm welcome we felt at Vicky’s place! Beautiful spacious apartment perfect for 6 people. Great location, very well equipped with all the amenities. It was true to the pictures and very spacious. Felt very homely and the hosts were super warm, helpful and responsive. Perfect to reach cities like Alesund and just 9 mins away from the airport! All in all, book this place it’s perfect!

Super convenient location. Great deal with two big bedrooms and a nice balcony. We recommend bringing your own toiletries (shower soap, laundry detergent). Place is carpeted (white carpets) which is good to note for little kids. Perfect for adults. Overall amazing host and great stay!

Oda was very responsive to our questions and her place is really comfortable and big. Great location to walk to car rental, fjord cruise boat and Art Nouveau museum.
