The apartment is a penthouse apartment located on the 2nd floor of Kirkegata 4 which is in the heart of Ålesund city center. The courtyard is one of the city's many Jugendstil houses that were built right after the city fire in 1904. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, which are a small corridor with a simple kitchen solution, a bedroom with a double bed and also the possibility of an extra bed, and last but not least a brand new bathroom with shower, etc. We are available if needed and will meet the guest upon arrival or provide code to allow them to enter.

The city bath, park, mountain lodge, Ålesund main center, Skatefluekaia, Brosundet and pedestrian street. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, room 1 has two 90x200 beds, room 2 has a bed of 150x200. Room 3 has a 120x200 bed The bathroom is spacious with a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen has most of what you need, also serves as a living room with a 55 inch Smart TV. Backyard with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Newly renovated and bright apartment

The apartment is on the 3rd floor. It is newly renovated in 2024 and is consistently bright and modern. To the south you have a lovely roof terrace with good sun conditions and great sea views. The kitchen has what you need, as well as a wine cabinet. The living room is airy and modern, with a round dining table seating 4 people. The master bedroom has a 180 bed, TV on the wall and walk-in. The guest room has a 150bed and a wardrobe. In the bathroom it is bright with combined washing machine/dryer.

Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Shared washing machine and dryer. Close to the NTNU universety.

Fjord view in centre w/parking

Just metres from the town centre, but very quiet at the end of a narrow road, with amazing fjord and mountain views! Your parking space is in front of our house, and you go down an exterior staircase to your entrance. The entry has a big wardrobe. Next is the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and washer dryer combo. Down the hallway is a bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a big closet, and a living room with a sofa bed that pulls out to 140x200cm and a crib. Welcome!

Velkommen til en moderne leilighet med nydelig utsikt! Leiligheten er fra 2016 og er en innbydende 4-roms med sentral og attraktiv beliggenhet på Hessa, kun fem minutter fra Ålesund sentrum. Det er tre soverom i leiligheten og alle er utstyrt med dobbelsenger. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til Sukkertoppen og et steinkast fra sjøen. Leiligheten har god standard på innredning og utstyr. Det er meget gode WIFI-fasiliteter i leiligheten, samt to TV-er der begge er utstyrt med Apple-TV
