Home away from home. Enjoy the privacy and security of a fully fenced property, complete with a relaxing outdoor bath. Whether you are looking for a fun get away with friends/family, or a home to enjoy while away for work our place is ready for you to enjoy! The entire house is yours, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. Currently set up as 2 bedrooms (1 King bed & 1 Queen bed) and 1 office (however we are able to set office up with a bed after October to accommodate more than 4 people).

This home is beautiful and suits large groups. Large pool, spa pool, orchard, outdoor living, two lounges, separate dining, plenty of parking space. Upstairs bedrooms 1. Queen bed and single 2. Queen bed 3. Queen bed 4. Four singles Downstairs bedrooms 5. Single bed 6. Queen bed Two cabins (with access to the newly renovated pool bathroom) ar 7. Queen bed 8. Queen bed. Cabins are only available when there are more than 12 guests.

Lex’s Guesthouse

Lex's guesthouse is self-contained, clean, warm and modern. While compact, it includes a heat pump/aircon, unlimited hot water, shower, basin, toilet, kitchenette (microwave, fridge and induction element), good wifi, Netflix and your own deck. Lex's Guesthouse is next to our home. You can use the BBQ and laundry facilities if needed. There is parking for one vehicle up the drive.

There are lots of spots for relaxing at our place, both inside and out. It has a large garden, with space for pétanque or croquet, or a rest in the hammock. The deck is ideal for entertaining and relaxing. We are a few minutes to town and the beach; and there are opportunities to explore further up the coast. The spa available for your use.

Handy to CBD, airport and hospital, with a well stocked Four Square store within walking distance. The flat has a separate entry and outdoor area. A washing machine is available on request.
