We enjoyed 12 days in this apartment and I highly recommend it. Good location, super comfortable, despite the hot days it is a super cool apartment and also if you want there is central air conditioning. The terrace is very nice, you can see the pool and the garden, you have morning sun and afternoon shade, the apartment is in a quiet and safe area. The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture in good condition, everything very clean. Comfortable beds, enough pillows. The location allows you to visit several villages and coves of the Costa Brava by car. Josep was a very kind host, attentive to our messages. I highly recommend his accommodation. The only thing we had was the parking, the spaces and the entrances are very narrow and we had a large car, but we parked in the street without any problems.

Joseps place is immaculate and very well equipped . We were very comfortable and enjoyed spending time on the terrace mostly , where we used the barbecue often We didnt mind the walk into town and the drive was very quick when needing the supermarket. We loved the proximity to the beach and the coastal path offers many hidden beaches to enjoy. Llanca is a great destination and Joseps home a wonderful place to enjoy spending time there . We would definitely like to return .

Perfectly adequate accomodation for a short stay in Llança for a couple. The Kitchen was a little smaller than expected, but was fully outfitted and even had a larder stocked with essentials. Marisa is an excellent host and recommended a very good, reasonably priced restaurant. Off street parking was a bonus.

We stayed 5 days at Ivo's house, and we've been very comfortable. The house is definitely worth it, the place is beautiful, and it is very comfortable to be disconnected for a few days in nature. Without a doubt, some wonderful days in an incomparable place. 100% recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Aleix’s apartment. The balcony and view is spectacular and so special to wake up to and watch the sun go down. The house is spacious and the pool and paddle board court were such nice bonuses. Only things to bear in mind are that you need to drive to get into town and the tap water isn’t fantastic so we would recommend bringing your own for your stay, though one big bottle was supplied for us. The villa is spacious and very pleasant to stay in. The 2 bathrooms have been recently redone, they are very good. But the 2 undeniable assets of this house are the terrace and the garden (with pool). The terrace is shaded, very well furnished (table, chairs, barbecue) and flowery. It can be considered a living room of the house. The garden is simply amazing, spacious, very well maintained, with a ping-pong table, a stone table and benches and night lighting that gives a charming little tone and allows you to fully enjoy this space even when the sun is down. Very nice accommodation. We and our 2 dogs felt very comfortable. The property is completely fenced, so the dogs could move freely. The absolute highlight is of course the pool. However, a car is urgently required, as the apartment is far from the center. But you can enjoy peace and quiet and relax. We recommend the place and would come back any time.

Despite the time we were able to have a great day. The house is beautiful and Juan is very well cared for. The surroundings are ideal and super quiet. The outdoor area is incredible with swimming pool, barbecue, gardens all spacious and cared for. The host is always attentive to what we could need, waiting for us in the rain when we arrived and responding to messages with our doubts quickly, helped us to get all the juice to our stay that was short and left us wanting to repeat.

Fantastic views and great outside spaces to socialise and have fun. Close to Blanes, local beaches and easy to reach the rest of the Costa Brava area. Max was very helpful with his communicate and advice.

The property is beautiful, spacious, and surrounded by nature. The atmosphere is peaceful and the hosts are incredibly generous, attentive, and always ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more special. From the house, there is direct access to a marked trail that leads into a stunning forest with several hiking options, including a path that climbs the mountain and reaches breathtaking viewpoints. The shared outdoor areas are large, diverse, and well-maintained. There are swings and a small playground for children, a lovely pool, a very spacious garden, and plenty of different seating areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The nearest village is about a 7-minute walk away. It has only one small shop with very basic supplies, and one restaurant that is not open every day. We highly recommend bringing your own food and ingredients and enjoying cooking at the house. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place to anyone l

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. There was nothing missing, and everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Ana is very welcoming and friendly. Despite the language barrier (I understand Spanish but I have trouble speaking it), we understood each other very well. Well arranged and clean😊 apartment, very well renovated bathroom. Nearby sea view. Very well secured residence in the heart of a neighborhood filled with shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this apartment, ideal for 2, quite acceptable for 4 for a short time. Parking can be a little complicated in the evening when everyone has already returned, but it is not a real problem. If you want to have a pleasant stay by the sea, this is the right place.

Unbeatable value for money accommodation, the first week of June the temperature was perfect and the terrace could not be better, spacious, comfortable. The apartment is next to the beach promenade, supermarket next door, parking lots... it also has private parking but we didn't need it. In short, the best value for money on the Costa Brava.

David is a very open and communicative host. He is very responsive to messages and has been flexible at both check-in and checkout. You felt very comfortable in the apartment very quickly. You don't feel watched and have plenty of privacy
