Beautiful cottage on a beautiful property. exactly what we were looking for. Would absolutely stay again when in the area! thanks Vicki and Greg!

We had a wonderful weekend away at Will's Wonderland. Will was very accommodating and helpful during our stay, provided plenty of information on local activities and places to eat. We had opportunities to feed the animals on the farm. Will was also kind enough to provide bacon, eggs, milk, butter and cheese in the fridge. The accommodation was clean and kept warm during the colder nights with Central heating and a split system on the ground floor. I would definitely recommend coming back. Thank you Will for a welcoming and wonderful stay.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. It is a slice of peaceful paradise. There is so much land you can walk around on and the views are amazing! If you love animals, this is the place for you. Cows, geese, a turkey, bull, sheep, even a pony and more. The dog Max was the cherry on top of a perfect trip. He’s the sweetest boy and you’ll fall in love with him! Tab and Terry are great hosts, very responsive and easy to chat too.

David and Louise's bnb was so cozy and peaceful, surrounded on all sides by beautiful and lush scenery. The cabin had everything we could possibly need and was decorated and styled charmingly. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

We wholeheartedly recommend this cozy haven to anyone looking to take a break from the busy pace of life and the hustle and bustle of the city. You are such a warm and welcoming host and it’s clear that you’ve maintained this beautiful cottage with great care and love. The view from the master bedroom is truly spectacular..it honestly can’t get any better 🙂. All amenities were thoughtfully provided and it was a delight to simply cook our favorite meals in-house and relax. The firewood experience at both spots around the cottage was such a unique and comforting touch. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and have decided to make this our annual retreat to celebrate our anniversary and my husband’s birthday. Thank you again for making us feel so special. We had a lovely time at this peaceful getaway. The location was perfect—close enough to local attractions, yet quiet and relaxing. Our host was warm and welcoming when we arrived, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights for our daughter was feeding the cows every evening—she absolutely loved it! We also enjoyed swimming in the river. While we didn’t manage to catch any fish or yabbies, it was still a fun and memorable experience. A great stay overall—we’d definitely come back again!

The blue wren cottage is lovely, and the blue wren theme is so sweet. Everything you need is there and it’s very cosy and comfortable. Only a very short drive to Alexandra town centre.

Thank you Kat & Angus for having us over our long weekend. We loved the cosy studio with homemade items and treats. It was lovely to get acquainted with the farm animals. We would highly recommend this stay to others and would love return some time!

We stayed six nights at Bogaroo Cottage and loved every minute! Such a cozy, comfy, quiet and clean cottage. We toured the area, visiting great wineries and quaint country towns. We clocked up a few miles but Bogaroo was a great place from which to launch our daily explorations, and such a welcoming homely place to come home to each evening. The cottage was equipped with all the things we needed to heat up our pre-prepared meals. Sarah was a great host; easy to communicate with and we knew she was there if we needed anything at all. Sarah even gave us a heads up about the best place on the property to view the Australis Borealis (Southern Lights) event happening one evening during our stay. If we revisit the area we’ll definitely love to stay at Sarah’s cottage.

Such a great comfortable place to stay. Has everything you need and super easy to find. Loved that the place had no WIFI as you got to enjoy old school DVDs and live the simple life again. Comfortable bed and great hot showers!

We had a fantastic stay at Nikki’s place! It was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared—having the air con on before our arrival was such a nice touch in Melbourne’s winter. We felt right at home and will definitely return on our next visit to Wilsons Promontory!

The property is beautiful and Melanie’s promises about wildlife were spot on! Highly recommend if in need of a retreat and some R&R. The weekend we went was wet and cold, but the fire was toasty and there were plenty of activities to keep us occupied. It was also just a short drive from a couple of general stores so had no issues getting supplies.

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Star gazing in the hot tub was our highlight. Would recommended it for anyone who loves the farm and being with nature. We saw alpacas and kanagaroos in the backyard. Very high quality kitchenware when cooking up a storm. Great night sleep, the mattress and pillows were comfy! Only feedback is to have entrance lights/driveway lights to the cottages. Note, we arrived quite late in the dark. Otherwise, loved the experience!

Believe all the 5 star reviews, this place is a gem! We can't wait to come back one day. We enjoyed cooking in the fantastically well appointed kitchen, the bed was comfortable and the whole place was super cosy. Loved sitting by the fireplace (and on the heated toilet seat!) when the weather was super chilly outside and my husband enjoyed the sauna experience for a small extra charge. This place is full of character, exactly as described, and feels warm and welcoming. The little cake and chocolate waiting for us on arrival plus fresh farm eggs delivered to the door were a bonus. Enough of indoor games n books :-) for a peaceful read, sitting with birds in the balcony overlooking the town, the cloud clad hills. would love to visit in spring /summer again. thank you, Phil.

What a beautiful little slice of the yarra valley. The heating was very efficient, it was icy overnight and we had no idea. We woke to kangaroos outside the window each morning. The caretakers lodge was much closer to the accommodation than I expected, however they were very helpful and friendly and I didn't see them apart from when I checked in. The house is stunning. The view from the huge windows is lovely. It felt very luxurious and was a lovely place to stay after getting married. I would absolutely recommend Kangaroo Manor to others, and I'd love the opportunity to stay there again one day. The hosts were very proactive, kind, and professional, and gave me the impression that I could contact them at any time. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

Sandra is an amazing host and was very helpful with all of our requests and very prompt with responses. We enjoyed the place so much and will definitely be number 1 place to stay when we visit again! The place was really clean and the area accommodates to both people and pets. Sandra ensured we had no issues at all with our stay and was flexible with our schedule as well. Highly recommend! It’s an all year, all weather suitable accomodation place! The board games at the residence were also ideal for when staying indoors! Beautiful place with beautiful views!

We loved our stay at Poplars Cottage. It's located on a beautiful property with private surrounds. The residence is a well maintained original 1930s cottage with some modern touches (kitchen, bathroom, and upgraded fireplace). We also enjoyed walking in nature and engaging with some of the horses on the property. Yasmine is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We'll definitely be back!

We had the best stay at The Kingsley! Our family of 7 adults stayed to celebrate my Mum’s 60th Birthday. The house was very comfortable, warm & beautifully furnished. The layout was spacious & perfect for our family. We were spoilt with the underfloor heating in the bathrooms! On arrival we were treated with some breakfast goods & a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge, thoroughly enjoyed! The kitchen was very well equipped, including spices & cookbooks. The beds were comfortable & cosy. Outside, the grounds were very well kept, including a fire pit. Both the wood fire inside & the fire pit had everything needed to get them started. Thanks for a great stay!

Antonelle’s house was the perfect place for a girls weekend away. Close to some great wineries and local produce stores. The house itself was comfortable and cosy, very clean and tidy. The wildlife and horses were a bonus. Great views of the city too. Thank you for having us. We thoroughly enjoyed are time there.

We loved our stay here! The view is even better than the photos, with gorgeous countryside all around. It's a quiet, peaceful, and private spot. You’ll need a car though, since it’s in a rural area. The apartment was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the quality sheets, pillows, and towels, and the bed was comfy. We both slept well. The space felt roomy for two, which made it easy to relax. The kitchen was stocked with thoughtful basics like bread and eggs, which was a nice touch. Check-in was smooth and the instructions were clear. A couple of small downsides: the internet was hit or miss. Sometimes fast, sometimes slow to load a basic webpage. The washer/dryer wasn’t working, which was inconvenient. There was a sign offering a pick-up and drop-off laundry service, but we didn’t use it since we prefer to do our own washing (my wife has certain items that need to air dry). Even so, we had a great time and would happily recommend this Airbnb. A lovely, quiet place to unwind.

We stayed at hoddles creek air bnb for two nights for our 8 year anniversary. We absolutely loved it! The hosts were great, harley was very friendly, accommodation was wonderful and peaceful. It was so nice to be around nature, wildlife, being around the farm animals was wholesome too. Harley was a great guide around the property, he made us feel very welcome 🤗 Ushering us out at the gate and waiting for us to come back in. Our doggos loved having a friend patrolling near our place. Thank you for having us Marijke and Jon, the farm experience was awesome too! Cows are super friendly and used to people, the sheep were funny and sweet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fireplace was a highlight too. We will be coming back for sure.
