Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Gillespie County

Great place! Peaceful and relaxing with a rural feel yet still close to all of the Main Street activity of Fredericksburg. We did not cook but the kitchen was well equipped to make a meal. Comfortable beds, great water pressure and quiet for sleeping.

This Airbnb was absolutely beautiful—exactly like the photos, if not better. The space was spotless, well-decorated, and felt so welcoming. It’s in a perfect location—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. We had such a great stay and would definitely book Perla’s Place again. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay …. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we had my 93 year old mom and one of my best friends with us… everyone had their own bedroom ( beds were very comfortable) and bathroom … loved the coffee bar… Afton had some great coffee … we sat on the back patio area around the fire pit and had coffee in the mornings ….. very spacious home! Would definitely recommend this rental and will absolutely rent again!

We had a girl’s trip to Fredericksburg and it was the PERFECT space for four of us girls. At first I was concerned because I felt like there weren’t enough pictures compared to other listings. But every picture that is on the listing, matches the house itself. All of the spaces were very clean and up to date. We loved the outdoor space, even though it was too hot for us to enjoy. I’d definitely want to stay here again for our next visit to Fredericksburg!

We had the absolute best time at Ava’s place! The location was so perfect for everything we wanted to do, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was fabulous and our pup had the best time. Ava went above and beyond to be an amazing host and we would love to come back!

This house was a big hit with me & my friends! It was clean, spacious, and had a lovely backyard that felt very peaceful. We loved that we could walk to Main Street and felt safe. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. it is very easy to go into town or visit vineyards in the country. Very quiet and peaceful.

Lovely grounds and nice, cozy apartment on the first floor with a full kitchen, large bath, nice living room. Bed was so comfortable that we overslept! You really can't beat the grounds - like going to a park. No street noise. Out of town yet a five minute drive to anywhere you want to go. Best of both worlds. Beats a hotel room by a mile

Immaculate little cabin on a beautiful and peaceful of property. I booked this AirBNB because of its proximity to both Luckenbach and Fredericksburg, as we were in town for a show at Luckenbach. The beautiful pool also stood out, as most don’t have this amenity. The cabin was exactly as described. The host left a nice bottle of red wine from local winery Becker, which is a great one. She also left some snacks for us which were appreciated late night lol. The bathroom was good size with a beautiful shower with nice array of products and soft towels. The bed was super comfortable as well and the AC cooled the place perfectly. There was a fire pit right outside and a little front porch too for sitting. Just a perfect stay at this most amazing property. Highly recommend and will return in the future.

We loved staying here 2 years ago so we were excited to see that it was still available now. Everything is just how the pictures show. Added bonus on this stay was the larger fridge and the outside tv. We very much enjoy the peace and quiet that Petit Paradis offers. Hoping to stay here again in the future.

Shopkeepers in was beautifully designed, very comfy and with so many of us getting together for a family weekend it offered a great option -perfect location and we loved hanging out on the veranda for coffee in the morning and glass of wine in the evening Would definitely stay here again !

Great getaway stay. This was perfect for my partner and I. It had everything we needed and more. We truly did feel right at home, from the moment we opened the front door it just felt very welcoming. The backyard setup was a bonus, nice outdoor area with a tv! Another factor we really liked was the location, whether we drove or took an uber around Fredricksburg, everything was in pretty close proximity. It’s a nice, private cottage that makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

This location was the perfect stay for our group! It was cozy, neat/tidy, and super cute! We were only 6 minutes from Main Street, a couple minutes from the Walmart, Chick-fil-A, HTeaO, Starbucks, and so much more! We loved how easy it was to get on 290 to visit all the wineries! Everything was clearly explained and detailed for us, so check in and check out was super easy! Communication with the hosts was also super easy. Also, during the day the road does have cars going by, but at night it is very quiet and peaceful. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely look this place up the next time we make the trip down!

Great quiet place really close to Main street which we loved. We were in town for three days and were able to see so much. Home had everything we needed!

Fredericksburg, TX is one of our frequent getaway destinations. We have had many experiences in various bed-and-breakfast in and around Fredericksburg. This is now one of two that we truly love. As a commercial pilot, I live in hotels and resorts, so I can say with experience that this one was one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I was pleasantly surprised with the fit and finish. This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Within 2 minutes of walking in, I felt very at home and comfortable. The space was gorgeous and the design was well thought out. Everything matched the photos and the amenities that were listed were all there and available for use. Fully planning to book again!

Five Star accommodations!!! Cristell provided every accessory one could need on vacation. The furnishing and decor were beautiful and comfortable. Everything was clean. One bath had a walk-in shower, the other a bath/shower combo; both bathrooms were roomy. She provides a fully equipped kitchen. The condo is on a quiet street but only minutes away from tourist attractions, restaurants, and of course wineries. She was extremely fast to response to every communication and was friendly. This was my first AirBnb experience and she has set the bar VERY high for every future vacation rental experience (I have used VRBO in the past). A lovely place to stay in Fredericksburg. I HIGHLY recommend it!
