Eddastua is a lovely Nordland house from 1880

Eddastua is in history and charm. Edda Konstanse lived in the house with his sisters, who lived as a seamstress. Some years after Edda's death, Prostinne Valborg and her husband took over Prost Steffensen . When he died, Valborg moved to his children and the house was empty for almost 50 years, before Christensen took over in 2001. They've taken care of all the things that were there and turned the house into a gem with charm and tranquility. Stay in newly remodeled Community School

Idyllic Storvik is a small village at the end of Nordland coast in the middle of Saltstraumen and Svartisen. The surroundings are oceans, mountains, sandy beach and fishing waters. Here you can stay in the old grend school that we in our family have converted into a modern apartment. There are several marked hiking trails in the area. They range from very light, to more advanced trips for real "mountain goats". If you would rather relax on the beach and enjoy nature in the distance it is fully possible from the 1.5 km long sandy beach.

Sitting inside enjoying good food and drink while the wind blows at its worst outside. Or you can take the trip out and experience fresh Northern Norwegian air and nature up close in all kinds of weather. Here it is a short way to the fjord and mountain water for those who want to try their fishing luck or just go for a long walk.

This property gives you a unique opportunity to embrace the amazing nature, with a location that invites experiences year-round. The house is over two floors with 6 beds divided into 2 bedrooms. Large living room, kitchen, bathroom and own attached jetty. In addition, 2 cabins with 4 extra beds and 1 bathroom. And you have nature and the midnight sun just outside the door, but at the same time a short distance to Bodø.

Oldefarstua- by the sea

Fin utsikt fra de fleste rommene. Romslig terrasse og stor gressplen. Huset er nyrenovert i sin opprinnelige 50-60 talls stil, med fokus på miljø og gjenbruk. Sandstranda og havet er like i nærheten. Vi har vill og vakker natur rundt oss på alle kanter, og lyse sommernetter så vel som vinterstormer kan nytes her.

Cuddle in under warm blankets in the evening, let your heart rate slow down and enjoy the crisp air and the spectacular Norwegian nature. Travel back in time without electricity, and spend the night with water only from the stream and an outdoor toilet.

Cottage in Våtvika, Meløy

Cottage with sea view, large garden and good sun conditions. Lovely place to bring your family or friends for a cozy holiday in this superb place with large garden and room for lots of fun. Here you can stay in scenic and quiet surroundings. You have lovely views down to the sea, with access to several lovely hiking spots. Down by the sea, it is great to fish from the mountains while watching the sunset go down in the evenings. Possibility of using charcoal grill if desired.

Large cabin with lovely views, boat and sauna

We welcome open-air guests to our great cabin in Holmsundfjorden in Gildeskål, 1 hour drive south from Bodø. The cabin is idyllic and unobtrusive to the very bottom of the sea. The cabin has a boathouse with a 14 foot boat with 15 HP outboard motor. The cabin also has a great private sauna barrel all the way down by the water. Formidable hiking and fishing opportunities await you in Gildeskål, and we are happy to suggest top trips and smaller family trips for you.

Great cabin for a family trip or a walk with your girlfriend. Peaceful and quiet in lovely surroundings. The cabin is about 1h and 15min away from Bodø Good cabin standard with running well water, hot water and shower. The toilet is indoors in the bathroom and bio toilet type. Private barbecue area where the fireplace can be enjoyed in both rain and sun. Wood is brought or can be purchased by the host for NOK 200 per 40l sack
