Holiday rentals with a patio in Gilchrist County

We felt at home this past weekend with the ease of check-in and all of the amenities needed in the house! We loved the board games & having a TV in the living room and bedroom was great :)

If you are staying in Gainesville and in particular the SW of Gainesville this is truly the place to stay. I live basically on same street but 1.5 miles away. Had family in town for a graduation. I could not recommend a place more!!!

Great location in Haille Village near restaurants. Apartment was very clean and well stocked. Larina was very responsive and accommodating!

Mickie's place was very clean and smelled great. His place was the cleanest Airbnb I have been to. There were extra towels for the bathroom, which was nice and towels in the kitchen. The kitchen had what we needed. The washing machine and dryer were clean. I would definitely stay there again.

It was a great stay! Right on the water. My boys loved being here and having their own separate room. They enjoyed playing the game battleship that was supplied their. Dane was friendly and kind. He recommended the restaurant that is walkable from the house. Thankful for the nice stay.

Leslie was a great host! We made the trip up to her cabin with a 6 month old baby and she was very accommodating when it came to check-in time. Additionally, the cabin was just as described. Clean, spacious and peaceful. The kitchen was great for cooking! There’s also a firepit that we made the most of for s’mores. We often saw deer around the property and there’s cute chickens in the backyard. There’s also a laundry/dryer that came in handy. Overall the place was perfect for us and our needs and I would definitely return for our next family vacation to make more great memories. Thank you Leslie!

We had a fantastic time at Santa Fe getaway. The house was very clean. Fully functional kitchen whit everything we needed and nice outdoor area. All the switches were leveled and easy to find charging ports. We had an access to a beautiful Santa Fe river and springs were just a short drive away. P.S. If you get up early and walk around neighborhood you will see a lot of deer.

Vladimir’s place is incredible. Easy to enter, very private and in the place there was EVERYTHING we needed. Perfect to enjoy with the family. Comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathrooms.

You just can’t beat this quaint little place! I will be staying when I come back to visit my family! She is the best ! I seriously have never had a better expierence with a stay in any hotel ! Her air b&b is hands down the best..and don’t get me going on her brownies! Yes she had fresh fruit and brownies waiting for us, she also stayed up late to help me plan some things when I was still in California ! Thank you Tami !!!

Wanted to spend weekend with adult children near ginnie springs. Can’t find a closer spot as it was .9 miles from the springs. House was a party house but clean and well maintained. I thought the property was as advertised and would definitely go back if visiting the springs again.

Prior to our arrival we were notified that the AC had broken at our unit. We were offered another unit, but that totally meet our needs. The owners expedited the repair of the AC and when we got there the was a brand new unit installed outside. I think that really speaks to their commitment. We had only one other issue as we were leaving the dish washer leaked. I turned it off and contacted the owners. They responded quickly and made it not our problem at all. Can't ask for much more than that. The place is not super flashy and new but you can't beat the price and it met all our needs. I would definitely stay there again.

Kayley was flexible and able to change our dates on short noticed. My husband spent 3 days fishing with friends, caught red fish and sea trout. He loved how peaceful the area was.

Checks all the boxes of a great Airbnb. Clean, plenty of room, quiet and safe. Bonus was the Publix grocery store within arms reach.

This was a nice little spot! The laminate wood flooring throughout gave the unit a really nice feel, and everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having easily accessible charging plugs right next to the bed – so convenient! The water pressure in the shower was also great. Beyond the practicalities, the inside was quite stylish. It offered a comfortable amount of space for one person or a couple. The location was great for my needs, offering easy access to Gainesville while being just on the outskirts of the University of Florida. I'd definitely recommend this Airbnb!

The unit was meticulously neat and clean. You have a great cleaning crew! Not a smudge on the white cabinets. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets and you have everything you need if you want to cook and eat in. There’s a complete set of kitchen appliances including Keurig coffee maker. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean with lots of closet space. The grab bar in the shower is helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The place is easy to find, a short drive to shopping area and lots of restaurants. 3 suggestions, maybe an ice tray cube in the freezer for when you have water jugs that you want fill up with ice and water to take out with you. Also maybe a bigger shower head, an inexpensive upgrade that will boost its look and functionality. And an extra towel hook in the bathroom. Overall a very nice place, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

Greg’s condo at Haile Village was amazing! Check in and check out were incredibly simple with the app to allow us in within the window we requested. We were there for a quick trip for a funeral but ended up falling in love with the area. We almost considered looking for a place within the village to buy. The condo itself was so peaceful. Loved the balcony! There was a farmers market right outside our window. This place was just awesome. Greg was proactive, understanding and very accommodating. Picked this all on a quick whim and already thinking about a return visit for longer😂.
