Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Giffaumont-Champaubert

Beautiful, very homely and clean chalet with everything you could need. The garden was great and felt very private, brilliant for our dog as it was closed off. Very well equipped inside and even the host even supplied cold water and made sure there were ice cubes for us as it was a very hot day! Host was very friendly and responsive, he ensured all the shutters were closed for us so it was nice and cool inside on arrival. The host was there for when we arrived and showed us around and explained everything to us. Would 100% recommend this accommodation.

Jean Paul is very welcoming, he explained the specifics of the place, the area... very open to dialogue, his house is well equipped, very clean and the area is peaceful by the canal I would highly recommend And Nigloland 10 min away, perfect for children and family

Perfect stay!! We were 2 families of 4 and 1 dog. The cottage is beautiful, perfectly clean and tidy. The exterior is just as exceptional as the rest, we were able to fully enjoy it thanks to the sunshine present this weekend . We enjoyed it so much that we extended by one night. 8 min drive to Lac du Der where there are plenty of activities. If you're ready to book, don't hesitate!! We recommend it +++

Fantastic accommodation for our overnight stop. It had all the amenities needed and was spotlessly clean throughout.

An attractive 18th century house, cozily furnished and equipped with all comforts. The garden is beautiful, with all kinds of places to sit. There is even an orchard and nice animals running around. The reception was very warm with a glass of homemade apple juice. Inside, fruits from our own garden were waiting for us. During the week, we saw Bernard and Faustine regularly, and that was always a pleasant experience. Having a chat in coal French, it never became intrusive. In short, it was a great week in a region where you don't have to go for all kinds of wild attractions. It's especially very quiet.

We ended our holiday with a stopover in François' studio. Received clear instructions in advance to easily enter. The cottage was very clean, quietly located and you had your privacy. Everything was to our liking and we would love to come back.

We spent wonderful last vacation days in this nice cottage! Emmanuelle was incredibly friendly and hospitable, and the cottage was fully equipped. A big plus: the dishwasher. The shower was also surprisingly nice – good jet. The swimming pool was really enjoyable, especially on a warm, sunny day. We were able to relax in the garden, have a drink, barbecue and enjoy the peace and quiet around us. Also top in terms of location: the supermarket and a good bakery are only 4 minutes away, so everything is within reach. In short: a comfortable, complete and quiet stay. We would love to come back here again! 🌞

Our night in the accommodation offered by David and his partner was great. They are welcoming and available to their guests. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean and well arranged. Air conditioning is really a plus. ☺️ The bedding is great, especially after a long day of cycling. 😅 The setting is peaceful, relaxing and surrounded by greenery. The big positives: the dinner offered at a ridiculous price and served directly in the accommodation, in this case on the terrace, and then the breakfast again homemade, which was excellent. I highly recommend this listing 😁

Thank you Elodie for this warm welcome. I took advantage of the accommodation on the occasion of the Bar-sur-Aube sports cycling. The accommodation was perfect and in impeccable condition and I was able to leave early without disturbing my hosts. The place is very quiet and it's easy to park. Lots of restaurants and bars a few steps away from the noise. I recommend it!

Pascal's apartment was the perfect place for a stop in Chalons-en-Champagne. The apartment is clean and bright, and feels quintessentially french - exactly what you would imagine - with modern touches. The backyard is lovely, and perfect for people travelling with their dogs. Pascal is a fabulous host. He went out of his way for me, to ensure that I had the supplies I needed for my dog. He made me feel like I had a friend who cared; thank you, Pascal! This place is an awesome find - if you are thinking about booking, please do it!

impeccable accommodation, very clean and very good bedding. we didn't have the opportunity to test the jacuzzi but it's a plus. in view of the heat we had, the nights were difficult so maybe plan to have a fan. Otherwise, nothing to say, I recommend it.

everything was perfect, beautiful environment, an outdoor area with barbecue, a home large enough for 6 adults and 3 children, clean, well-equipped, a very good welcome from the owners, very good address, we did not visit the cellar (lack of time)

I spent a few nights at Wilfrid's for a competition and this Airbnb allowed me to be in the best conditions: impeccable accommodation, well located, quiet and secure. We were warmly welcomed by Coraline, who even recommended cafes to work in Châlons-en-Champagne. Thanks to the hosts who were responsive, available, understanding and caring 😊 So, candidates eligible for the CAPES in history-geography, don't hesitate for a single second!!

We spent a great family weekend, and enjoyed also the close proximity to Nigloland for Halloween 🎃 The place was perfect for what we wanted and our daughter loved the bunk-beds. The port is beautiful and great for morning runs along the water. Thanks for sharing your apartment with us :)

Great welcome with an earlier check-in than expected excellent location close to the port and dienville beach, activities, water skiing, towed buoy from the port restaurants (5 min by car max) Very nice garden with secure location for car , 30 min from Lac du Der and its many nautical activities, jet ski, eifoll, canoe pedalo ... , 30 min from the quad bike and electric scooter we stayed there in the middle of a heat wave, the children's room was on the other hand quite hot

Hello 🙂 Coming to attend the French Majorettes Championship at the Daniel Cabot Gymnasium, we had a great time! Nathalie's place is 2 steps from this place, which made our organization easier! Very clean accommodation, tastefully decorated, the balcony is a real plus ❤️ There is everything you need, nothing has been forgotten. And thank you so much for the kind words of welcome, a nice attention that we appreciated 🙂 Nathalie is a very friendly and accommodating person, we thank her for her flexibility regarding schedules. We would recommend it 100%!!!! ❤️

We came here for a week but ended up staying for two. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable like our home, in a private part of the house with garden. The washing machine is an extra plus! The area is rural and quiet, with great walking paths around. I really enjoyed our vacation here in the tranquil environment.

We had a great weekend with our 2 young children. Adapted, correct and well located accommodation (between the Orient Lake and Nigloland). Welcoming host, we recommend and we will gladly come back.
