O apartamento é como nas fotos, tudo muito novo, cozinha nova, banheiro novo, móveis novos. A parte de externar do apartamento não é arrumada, mas quando adentra pra dentro e super arrumado e confortável. O Choveiro é extremamente quente é confortavel, cozinha completa. O local é ótimo tem de tudo perto e bem tranquilo.

Le logement est magnifique, on a passé nos meilleurs nuits dans le confort de ce logement à proximité de Paris. Les hôtes sont à l’écoute et répondent toujours rapidement lors d’un problème. Merci à eux.

Everything we needed was there and everything was thoroughly cleaned. We would only prefer to be closer to the city center but pricewise this was the smartest option. Pierre was also very helpful in all regards. I lost my phone during my stay and he tried to help as best as he could. Overall 5/5, recommend!

Un petit havre de paix accessible facilement en RER depuis Paris! Kerstin est vraiment arrangeante et très aimable! Le séjour fut une grande réussite! L’accès au jardin depuis la terrasse donnant sur la forêt est vraiment un plus ! Merci.

Appartement bien placé dans un endroit relativement calme. Contient tout ce dont on a besoin pour un petit séjour. N’y fait pas trop chaud en été !

Séjour court mais agréable, surtout pour une première expérience. Jean-Claude est très réactif et s'est adapté facilement à mes horaires. Le bien correspondait à la description aucun problème de ce côté.

Logement très agréable qui a parfaitement répondu à mes attentes pour un déplacement professionnel. Conforme à la description, fonctionnel, au calme, très propre (et c'est très appréciable ☺️), bien entretenu, j'ai vraiment passé 2 nuits agréables. Je n'hésiterais pas à revenir en cas de besoin.

La location est conforme à la description et à la description et Francis a été un hôte accueillant et prévenant. J'ai passé 2 jours au calme et avec une chambre qui était toujours fraîche malgré la canicule ce qui est appréciable.

L'hôte a été très réactive vis-à-vis de notre réservation de dernière minute. Le logement est superbe, spacieux et agréable a vivre. Nous avons passé un incroyable séjour et avons pu profiter de la terrasse, ce qui est un vrai plus en été.

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Sophie é muito atenciosa, alem de se comunicar rápido, auxilia em tudo que é preciso com generosidade! Montrouge é um lugar simpático, é facil chegar ao centro de Paris! O apartamento fica a cerca de 10 minutos da estação de metro e há 3 min da paragem de bus. Há bastante comércio e sente-se segurança ao caminhar pra casa. O espaco de Sophie é ótimo! É espacoso para os padrões de Paris, tanto o espaco da sala/cozinha quanto o quarto são muito confortaveis, dorme-se bem mesmo no sofá cama. A cereja do bolo foi a jacizzi que oferce um conforto muito agradável, as instalações sao novas e muito linpas. As toalhas e os lencóis tambem sao novos! Tudo impecável! A cozinha é bem equipada. A varanda estava em obras, certamente vai ficar muito bonita em breve! Com certeza voltaremos para aproveita-la! obrigada.

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
