Enjoy our newly renovated and stylish studio apartment with a wide view (10th floor) in the heart of Giessen. The apartment (50 sqm) consists mainly of a spacious room. The view goes into the foothills of the Vogelsberg Despite the central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. Public transport, city library, town hall, congress hall, theatre, cinemas, pedestrian zone, restaurants, organic shop, weekly market (Wed. and Sat.), botanical garden, museums, etc. are in the immediate vicinity.

Lehne Dich zurück & entspanne... Unser Einraumappartement wurde nur mit natürlichen Baustoffen erstellt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail habe ich hier Naturschiefer & Eichenholz verarbeitet. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Neues Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer (Februar 2025). Aufblasbares Bett für eine weitere Person vorhanden. Schnelles WLAN + LAN-Port vorhanden. Perfekt zum Arbeiten oder Surfen. Das Rauchen in allen Innenräumen ist untersagt. Für das Verständnis der Ruhezeiten von 22:00-06:00 Uhr danke ich im Voraus.

We spent a whole month in this nice apartment and felt right at home. We could wash, cook and feel at home all around. Whenever we wanted to reach the host, she responded quickly and efficiently and helped. We loved having Lidl and Rewe within walking distance. Connection to local transport and walking distance to downtown was also great. We'd come back in a heartbeat!

Were in Colin's apartment for 1 night only. Accordingly, we only used the bed and bathroom. Apartment was very clean (except for the drawers of the shelf). Apartment is a simple "student place", but perfect for our short trip to Giessen at this price.
