Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

Our week in the Dream Loft in Sant’Elia was truly magical. We loved the vibe of the house, it was so authentic and carefully designed. Had everything we needed and I especially enjoyed making fresh orange juice and coffee in the morning. The location was absolutely perfect — the view was so beautiful and it felt like we were living in the movie Luca. It was close enough to everything we needed, the Sisa Supermarket and some lovely aperetivo spots and restaurants in Porticello. Mariangela was the most amazing host: Helped us so many times organising transport and even organised the most incredible cooking class for us in Palermo. She was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond if we had any questions. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and we’ll absolutely be back the next chance we get!

Prachtige appartementen in een zeer rustige en afgelegen omgeving. De tuin staat vol met citroenbomen en sinasappelbomen. Je mag het fruit plukken: verser kan niet. De kamers zuin ruim en schoon. Vanaf het terras heb je een adembenemend uitzicht over de bergen. Salvatore geeft duidelijke instructies en goede tips en is goed bereikbaar. Hij is zeer vriendelijk. Als ik 1 aandachtspunt mag noemen is het dat de airco’s op de slaapkamer wat moeite hadden om de gewenste temperatuur te bereiken. Verder niets dan lof voor deze mooie plek waar je moet zijn als je van rust en comfort houdt.

Primero, la casa es nueva, es muy bonita y en una zona tranquila muy cerca del centro. Segundo, Salvatore ha sido atento en todo momento, nos ha dado la bienvenida personalmente y ha contestado a nuestras preguntas en menos de 10 minutos. Así que, recomiendo mucho quedarse en esta casa! Esta perfecta para explorar la ciudad y Salvatore os va a hacer la experiencia aún mejor 😊😉👌🏼

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie liegt sehr zentral, ist schön groß, blitzsauber, alles da, was man benötigt. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. In der Straße gibt es alles, was man braucht, von Apotheke über Diskount bis zur Bar. Ich kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.
