Beautiful spacious house in a quiet alley close to the city center. Very well equipped. Very good value for money. An address to keep and recommend.

We had a very good wk with friends, the accommodation is located in a quiet and relaxing environment. The pool and jacuzzi are a real plus!

A very beautiful experience to discover the region, its gastronomy and its long historical culture. For us, a house to reunite a family scattered from southern Burgundy to the Paris region... with hosts who were very understanding and tolerant to park vehicles. The house is a beautifully converted old barn...near the castle park. Very appreciable. The jacuzzi is a joy because it is accessible in all weather. All you have to do is take care of it. Quite sporty stairs... to be taken into account for very elderly visitors. The place is perfect and it must be returned as such to Ckaude and Arnaud.

Viviane is an excellent host. Le Loisy is an excellent apartment in an excellent location. We would not hesitate to return to Le Loisy and rent from Viviane again. Tres Bien Hébergement !

Our hosts are warm and friendly people. They offered us to taste the currants and cherries from the garden. Decorating the house is fun. The house is well equipped, the beds very comfortable. Pleasant terrace and garden. We recommend this property

We stayed at Ludvic’s place for a night as we were attending a concert in Dijon. The place is beautifully decorated and is right in the center of Dijon. Within a few minutes on foot you are in the main square of Dijon. The area is calm, easy to park, and the neighborhood is lovely too.

Gerard was very welcoming even though our arrival was delayed due to very heavy traffic. The apartment is comfortable and has a good view from the wrap-around balcony. Parking is easy to use as long as your car isn’t too big. It is in easy walking distance of the centre of Dijon, where there’s lots to see as well as a wide choice of restaurants.

Alex's place is fantastic and suited us perfectly for our trip to Beaune. Alex is very friendly, and was great at communicating with us before we arrived and while we were staying in Beaune. He gave us lots of really helpful information about places to eat, things to do etc and a wonderful welcome when we arrived. The house is very well set up with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed sitting in the garden in the sunshine, being able to make our own meals in the well equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine) and having the private car park in front of the house. The location is excellent - so close to town, just outside the walls. We could easily walk everywhere - to the boulangerie, restaurants, Parc de la Bouzaise (excellent bike hire here) and the sites of Beaune. We would highly recommend staying at Alex's place :)

Basically a very nice place. The location was very good, right off the ring road if you are driving and two blocks from town center. Ground floor so no hauling bags up stairs. All the rooms were spacious; kitchen had everything necessary for food prep, bath had an unusually large shower, main room had comfortable seating and a lot of audio and video equiptment that I didn't use. Cloths washer but no dryer, not uncommon in France although I'll never understand why. I walked to a laundromat. Street parking was like everywhere in the world, you have to look for it. I drove somewhere everyday and never parked more than two blocks away, double parked for unloading/loading. Front door lock is a learning curve. It has a very nice private courtyard. I've been to Beaune before and this is the nicest place so far.

Very comfortable and very clean apartment with a nice little garden. Communication with Agnès was smooth and simple. Check-in instructions were very clear. In short, I would highly recommend this apartment very close to the heart of Dijon.

Felt like we were on top of the world. A unique and fabulous place to stay in Beaune. Worth the effort to get up there! Comprehensive information book on all the amenities and attractions of the area is fantastic.

I liked this accommodation located between two churches and a cathedral, in an absolutely central location in the city of Dijon, and in a historic neighborhood. I didn't miss anything in this well-appointed apartment. I was very well received on my arrival and I very much appreciated the fluidity and cordiality of the exchanges with Magali and Olivier. I was very lucky, in the scorching heat, to be able to park my car in a parking lot where my car was in the shade. Thanks so much for this stay!

Great cottage with a very large garden. Ideal for the dogs, fully fenced and they could run and play freely. There was even a swimming pool that we did not use.

We had a lovely stay at Christine's home. It was very comfortable and met our needs completely. Christine was a wonderful host - very helpful, responsive and friendly. Her husband, Frederic, was also very nice. The pool area is a lovely respite and we spent many evenings out by the pool - what a treat. The house was easy walking distance to the center of Beaune and we took advantage of the proximity. Christine was very responsive to all of our questions, regardless of their significance. We would highly recommend Christine's home to our friends and family!

Kate and Joel are charming hosts and very welcoming. Their cozy little nest makes the stay extremely enjoyable. The garden is huge, the environment is very quiet, and the accommodation was perfect for our little weekend at 4. A huge thank you!

A world class residence in a incredible place! It’s 5/5 at least! The property, furnishings and amenities are unlike anything else. And the hosts were excellent in their communications, suggestions and accommodations. You cannot over state how excellent the property is.

How do you begin to describe just how peaceful and relaxing Emmanuel’s place is?! If we could have stayed for longer, we would have. The weather was perfect one day for the pool, which can’t be common in October, and that was lovely. The amenities were great, especially useful for a couple with a baby, and the help from Emmanuel throughout was second to none. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back ourselves one day soon!

Lucie was easy to communicate with, proactive and helpful. We were welcomed warmly, such a friendly host, keen to make our stay as relaxed and comfortable as possible, but equally our privacy was respected fully. Plenty of suggestions for outings and eateries, a good bar and great boulangerie almost on the doorstep. Lovely area for cycling, storage of our bikes was no problem. Well equipped apartment, additional items offered generously.

We had a good stay for our oral exams. Accommodation in a very beautiful setting and very complete. Well insulated, you can't hear the road right next door. Very functional and well renovated cottages. Air conditioning helps to compensate for the heat. Swimming pool very enjoyable during the summer. Welcoming and smiling hosts.
