Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, refrigerator and all the things you need. The 140m x200m large new box spring bed, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. A small "highlight" is a small bay window with a comfortable armchair, from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Facilities also include a small stereo system, a TV and WiFi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Stay in the historical center of Vaals. The French Church dates from 1667 and was converted into living spaces in 1837. This national monument has been restored in the style and materials from 1837. The authentic interior is half-timbered and finished with clay. Shops in walking distance. Trip point 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meters Wood stove. Binnenhofje with seating area. In consultation, use of family garden. Apartment on 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not mouse quiet.

A bright, individually furnished apartment with private entrance and garden use, double bed, sitting area and table awaits you. Quiet and central location. There is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee maker, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hair dryer. Electric blinds in front of the windows. WiFi available. The very quiet apartment in decorative vintage furnishings has a living room with office desk, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, hallway, bathroom and separate toilet (about 60m2) and a private courtyard for exclusive use (about 18m2). It is located in a very quiet street opposite the Karmanauditorium of the University of RWTH Aachen University, very central city location, 5 minutes walk to the market square, town hall and Aachen Cathedral with many restaurants and cafes and cultural offerings.

Newly renovated with love, the old building is the former hunting room of the property. In addition to old ship's parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking lot is also right outside the door. It takes 10 minutes by car to get to Aachen city centre. ( Belgium 20 min., Holland 10 min.) The accommodation is very central in the historic Aachen city center. Annastraße is a car-free zone that has become one of Aachen's most popular and beautiful pedestrian streets with beautiful shops and a couple of nice cafes. Due to the loving, antique furnishings, the apartment offers a special flair for an individual city visit. There is an open sleeping and living area with adjoining kitchen and a separate bathroom.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
