the house was very neat, clean and looked cared for. For 1.5 weeks it is a nice place to stay and equipped with every comfort. The communication with Sascha was very pleasant, where they responded quickly. with a group of 5 people (4 adults and 1 child) there was plenty of sleeping place. by car we could easily reach the S-bahn in Karow and park for free, to come to different places in Berlin. all in all, we would book this place again on a next visit to Berlin

Fabulous house in a nice suburb of Berlin with easy access to the city and surrounding area by car (I didn't use public transportation so can't comment on that). Everything was perfectly clean and well equipped. Loved the mattress and the shower and the sound system. There were no downsides! The dartboard was also fun to have. Benjamin was a great host. He and his family live there much of the time so I was lucky the place was available!

Very helpful host and lovely place. The sauna is of course the highlight of the accommodation. Gladly again. Note: if the sauna is used late in the evening, it could get a little warm in the upper sleeping area. Alternatively, the sofa bed can be used.

We spent a weekend there as a group of 7 friends and enjoyed a lot. We were completely satisfied.

Hartmut was a wonderful, responsive host to all our inquires. The space was cozy and plenty big enough for our group to enjoy a nice winter weekend. Beautiful walks around the neighborhood.

We rented three houses from Hubert's estate and everything was absolutely fantastic! It's a perfect place for children – safe, spacious, and surrounded by nature. All the houses were clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for families or large groups. We would definitely love to come back!

Our stay at the place was really a dream. A super nice house in a quiet area. Everything was clean, the kitchen was comparatively well equipped and the terrace was also great for summer evenings. Communication with Anja also worked great and she always proved to be very helpful. We'll be happy to come again anytime

We spent the Pentecost days here in a large group and enjoyed it very much. Markus was always available and very friendly. We were particularly enchanted by the outdoor area, which was even more beautiful than expected. The apartment was clean, lovingly and creatively furnished. An absolute recommendation!

We were two families with children and had an all-around relaxing and wonderful time in the cherry garden with Kerstin & Micha. The warm welcome made us feel immediately welcome. The beautiful designed summer kitchen was top equipped and perfect for cooking & enjoying together. In the garden there were numerous seating options, many games (outdoor & indoor) and a large meadow. The bikes were also great, with which we could easily ride on the magnificent bike path to the swimming spot in Warthe and the ice cream shop (MoccaMilchEisbar) to Boitzenburg. In terms of cuisine, we also recommend a visit to Carsten in Jakobshagen! Thank you to the very nice hosts for this lovely stay. We will be happy to come back!

The accommodation was beautiful, we felt very comfortable and were warmly welcomed. The perfect place to unwind - the lake is just a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation has a lot of charm and is beautifully renovated - the hosts were totally nice and warm. We will be happy to come back! :)

We had a lovely and relaxing time at Torsten's house. The view of the lake from the terrace is great. You just walk around two corners and you're quickly at the swimming area, which is below the accommodation. The old house is extensively renovated and partly furnished with antique furniture. The large shower is great, but the bathroom is located in such a way that you have to go through one bedroom. Particularly great was the baker diagonally opposite, who has a fantastic and inexpensive selection. Torsten was always easily accessible and responded kindly to a mishap of mine. We would love to come again.

The view from this house is truly something special, panoramic and peaceful. It’s the kind of place where time slows down and you can really relax. Ideal for a quiet getaway or just recharging in nature.

We had a wonderful break with our two-year-old son in Elisabeth's house. The house is spacious, very soothing and flooded with light - you feel right at home and relaxed. We spent a wonderful extended weekend in the house for 8 and we lacked nothing: Super room, huge living space with fully equipped kitchen, great garden and sauna with a view of the countryside. We will be happy to come back!

We were in the holiday home by the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest very much. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the conservatory to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day or year. If you are looking for peace and quiet, far away from the hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. The holiday home with the beautiful natural garden was also a great pleasure for our dog. The house was perfectly prepared upon our arrival: The beds were freshly made, everything was clean, tidy and immediately ready to move in. I spent a wonderful weekend with my friends in the lovingly furnished holiday home. We had a relaxed and all-round beautiful time. Nico and his family have designed the house with a lot of heart and a high standard of quality – you immediately feel comfortable. The kitchen is excellently equipped (probably better than our own!) and left nothing to be desired when cooking. The spa area with sauna and hot tub was a real highlight and rounded off our wellness weekend perfectly. I would also like to highlight Nico's communication: always friendly, helpful and available at all times. Our wishes were all fulfilled - we could not have imagined it better. A clear recommendation - both for the house and for the great host family.

If you are looking for originality and are not afraid to heat three stoves, and not just once a day, otherwise the fire goes out, this is the place to be. You don't meet a soul on the paths and roads. As soon as you leave the house, you only encounter dead silence. In addition, our hostess is very flexible and responds immediately to any question. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed a little longer. In the cottage itself, there are many loving details to discover. Wi-Fi has been available since May 2024. Otherwise, you have hardly any phone reception. We can fully recommend the cottage due to its loving rusticity and will definitely be happy to come back!

A very nice house and everything perfectly taken care of. Friendly welcome and we had all the freedom to be in the garden. It is wonderful to walk from the house into the forest or to the lake.
