Yioulia’s apartment is perfect for a summer family holiday. It has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay — plenty of towels, a spacious living area with cozy sofas, and a lovely balcony with a sea view. If you’re traveling with kids, the location is ideal — you can watch your family play on the beach right from the balcony. There are also two kids’ playgrounds just a 4-minute walk away, along with a beach café and two nearby beaches with sunbeds. The sand on the beach in front of the apartment is soft and fine — perfect for little feet. One of the best features of the apartment is how naturally cool it stays. We visited in late May, and although it was already quite hot outside, the apartment kept a pleasant breeze and fresh air flowing thanks to its cross-ventilation. Highly recommend this place for a relax

We had a fantastic stay at Christina’s place in Limassol! The location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach and the city’s vibrant Old Town. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped with everything I needed, from a comfortable bed to a fully stocked kitchen. Christina was a wonderful host, always responsive and ready to provide local tips that made my trip extra special. The little touches, like a welcome basket of snacks and thoughtful decor, truly made it feel like a home away from home. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return on my next visit to Cyprus!”

Spending eight nights in such a wonderful and cozy flat and having a lovely, hospitable and warm-hearted lady like Eleftheria gave me an unforgettable holiday that should be experienced by everyone! Especially clean, tidy and quiet home. I went alone so when Eleftheria was there, her company meant so much fun and we had nice chats too. The location is also great, it's about the middle of Limassol so you can get anywhere quickly and easily either by bus, walk or by car. Eleftheria's dog and cats lifted the mood even more! Highly recommended, you will all love it for sure!

A real gem! The apartment has charm and character, but also all the modern comforts. We loved the little details. It’s in a great area, close to everything but still peaceful. Would definitely book again!

I stayed at Christina’s apartment for a week and had an amazing experience. Christina was incredibly helpful and kind—I couldn’t be more happy with her hospitality. She was always available and assisted me with anything I needed, which made my stay even more comfortable. The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything a person might need, making it feel like a true home away from home. It’s also perfectly located in the city center, with all the main facilities and shops just a short walk away. I highly recommend staying here—both the host and the apartment exceeded my expectations!😊

❤️Great location - everything is walking distance,which was important for us, Sea is literally 1min away, apartments have their own privacy and fully equiped.We rented this 2floor duplex for 4people ( couples) holidays and had a blast as it had exactly what we needed for nightlifestyle - near by cool clubs/fancy dinning as well as comfy eateries.Could enjoy the terrass with our own music and drinks till early morning - no neighbours is a plus.The host was really nice and showed us around gem places to visit. This place is really unique🔥🔥🔥

Great apartment ideally located. Right near a small quiet beach and close to shops and restaurants so we always had what we needed. Andreas and Marina where excellent at communicating and we’d definitely stay here again.

Svetlana went out of her way to accomodate my schedule and even came to and event in the city which I was attending for work purposes to hand over the key to the apartment. It was extremely helpful. The room is pleasant and the apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Was accurately described as was, very nice and enjoyable to stay at as well. Could taxi very cheaply to any location around the area, and was in general very nice. Cars would come along at night down the road quite often, but that’s to be expected from the location. All in all great stay and an amazing host.

The apartment is in a convenient location and really close to the sea. We thought we were displaced from the center, but in hindsight it's the best area thanks to the very long waterfront. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and more. The area is not very noisy and the windows seemed to shield the noise of the street when it was there. Due to the length of our stay, unfortunately we did not benefit from the pool and the gym.

I loved my stay of several weeks at Constantino and Maria’s apartment. The place is beautifully renovated, modern, and full of natural light. It was also spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities I needed. Constantino and Maria are super friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The location is also a big plus. I’d definitely stay here again!

This apartment is a great base with ideal positioning just over the road from a great little beach! Only €2.50 for a sunbed all day! The apartment complex was super secure with security on the gate 24/7, the pool was basic but ideal for what anyone would need. There is a smaller children’s pool too. Outdoor playground with swings/slides etc just next to the enclosed pool area. A pretty quiet complex but did get busier on the weekend. Was lovely to see new people down at the pool. The apartment isn’t some super high end luxury pad but then again you wouldn’t expect that for the very reasonable nightly rate. The apartment is however a comfortable, quiet and safe place to stay with all the basics in there all readily available to use. The host is lovely and responsive! Which is always super helpful 🙂

Excellent place. Very clean and welcoming. Most appliances are new. The photos are completely up-to-date. The complex is very quiet, even though it’s right next to the main street. Parking spots inside the complex are taken, but street parking is never a problem at any time of day. The pool is large and nice, but the weather was a bit chilly for the beach, so we didn’t use it. In my opinion, the location is the best possible in Limassol. Within a 300-meter radius, there are several excellent restaurants and bars, as well as the best beaches. Jelena is very kind and responsive. Even when she had to fly, her sister contacted us and assured us she was available if we needed anything. We spent 9 days without any issues. If we come back to Limassol, we’ll definitely try to book this apartment again.
