Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Jérôme and Caroline's accommodation is a great apartment perfect for short or medium stays. It is really very close to the castle and not so far from the left bank train station allowing a quick arrival from Paris. The neighborhood is quiet and very cute, just like the accommodation. Jérôme and Caroline were perfect in the exchanges we had.

Jean-François is a very responsive host, with excellent communication. We were greeted by Romeo, who was very kind. We also exchanged by SMS during our stay, and he was just as available and attentive. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet district, not far from the Eiffel Tower and a stone's throw from the banks of the Seine. The neighborhood is pleasant, with nice parks and many shops nearby, which is very convenient on a daily basis. The accommodation is secure, spacious, very well equipped, and offers breathtaking views of the capital. We will come back to this without hesitation!

A real favorite! This small studio was a wonderful surprise: ideally located, perfectly arranged and tidy, with an ultra comfortable bed and sheets that smell clean. The neighborhood is great, very lively and perfectly served by lines 1 and 14, which made it easy for me to get around. Lyon train station is just 5 minutes away. The self check-in was done without any worries thanks to Sandrine and Zak, always available and responsive. They even sent me a video and super clear instructions to easily access the accommodation. Special mention for the elevator, very convenient when you have suitcases! In short, a perfect stay. I would recommend this place without a second thought! 🌟

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible! Although we had a busy schedule while in Paris we made time to sit and enjoy both breakfast and wine on the balcony. Very close to the metro, local markets, and restaurants which was super convenient!
