Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Géraudot

We spent one night at Laetitia’s place on our way to Italy with our dog. The cottage was really perfect for our needs, comfortable and homely with a fantastic, spacious, courtyard equipped with lounging furniture and BBQ. Laetitia was very welcoming and communicative, she left us some lovely treats and we felt right at home straight away. We had originally planned to go out for dinner but the place was so nice that we decided to make the most of it instead. A couple of steaks from the local butcher on the BBQ a nice bottle of Bourgogne red and we were happy! Must also mention that there is a fantastic dog walk less than a minute away all along the canal! We will certainly be back!

Very clean accommodation, the amenities offered are impeccable, there is everything we need and as in the photos, even better. The terrace is great and the jacuzzi is incredible🤩.

We had already rented this house which still served us as a midway stop. It is very well located, the garden is well fenced, you can bring the car in and there is what you need to cook. There are lights that turn on automatically in the evening guiding us to the entrance which is handy when you arrive late. The bed is also very comfortable. We did not have a long stay here so we can't judge this but for 1 course stay it is perfect.

We stayed at Anthony's for the triathlon at Lake Der, located 20 minutes away. We were warmly welcomed by her mom. The accommodation is very nice, comfortable and extremely clean. Everything is there to make you feel good. The environment is calm and peaceful. The kitchen is very well equipped. Very nice shower in the bathroom. We really enjoyed the semi-covered terrace. We'll be back, that's for sure.😍 I would highly recommend it Thanks again for the welcome. yes

Very nice cottage in the heart of the countryside, very peaceful. We had a nice time with the family, in a quiet place, close to Nigloland Park. Alexandre welcomed us warmly, took the time to chat.

Very nice host and wife. the cottage was equipped with all comforts and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the jaquzzi enormously. An oasis of peace. The garden is amazing and well maintained. We were allowed to taste cherries from the cherry trees. We were in transit, but a second night would have been very nice. We hope to come back sometime.

The accommodation is very cute and well-equipped and located in a very peaceful place. Self check-in, you can hang out in the pressure before you arrive ;) Pascal was kind enough to greet me on my arrival and departure :) To be repeated without hesitation!

The place was spotless and it's rare to have so many things available in an Airbnb (products in the bathroom and in the kitchen..) Priscilla is always available as needed. Overall we had a nice stay.

Thank you Elodie for this warm welcome. I took advantage of the accommodation on the occasion of the Bar-sur-Aube sports cycling. The accommodation was perfect and in impeccable condition and I was able to leave early without disturbing my hosts. The place is very quiet and it's easy to park. Lots of restaurants and bars a few steps away from the noise. I recommend it!

Nicolas was very friendly and we fell in love with the spacious and very lovely decorated, clean duplex, which is perfectly located in the beautiful historical centre of Troyes. thank you so much and we hope to come back soon.

Very good weekend at Patricia's, who was very welcoming. Comfortable accommodation, very clean and compliant with photos. However, if you are tall, access to the kitchen in the attic is not very practical. The air conditioning is a real plus and the little treats available for breakfast too. The Velux blinds are very opaque. Very quiet neighborhood and very discreet hosts. Street parking. We recommend it.

We used it as a pit stop on route to another destination and it was perfect. Raoul and Audrey met us on arrival and were so friendly and welcoming. The place was really clean and had everything we needed. They were really helpful when answering my questions and came back really quickly. Would love to explore the region more and stay again another time.

We have already come as part of the work, we plan to return in the near future.

Everything was great. The apartment is great location for enjoying the surroundings. It is also very clean and very well-equipped. Perfect for this short stay for my daughter and myself. In addition, Alexandre is very responsive. We'll be back with pleasure!

Great welcome with an earlier check-in than expected excellent location close to the port and dienville beach, activities, water skiing, towed buoy from the port restaurants (5 min by car max) Very nice garden with secure location for car , 30 min from Lac du Der and its many nautical activities, jet ski, eifoll, canoe pedalo ... , 30 min from the quad bike and electric scooter we stayed there in the middle of a heat wave, the children's room was on the other hand quite hot

Very nice welcome from Claudine upon our arrival. She gave us a map of the city and relevant information for our stay. The apartment is very clean and pleasant, and we enjoyed its outdoor space to have a few meals. The apartment is well located for visiting Auxerre and the surroundings. Recommended.
