Had a group of 10 stay here very comfortably with multiple options , house was clean and organized. Brendan was very helpful and kind and made us feel right at home. Blue mountain and surrounding area was awesome had lots of activities and restaurants and the golf course was amazing. Thank you again for this great experience!

lovely spot for some quiet outside time. backyard is spacious and welcoming. plenty of options for seating to enjoy sun or shade. kitchen was absolutely amazing to prepare food in, well organized and nicely laid out. rooms were tidy and clean, plenty of space to sleep 6 comfortably. would highly recommend this spot

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. It felt very comfortable and spacious for our small group. The shuttle to and from the village was on time and friendly - we also walked there too during the day. Excellent customer service and amenities. I highly recommend. Thanks again!

Miles is a fantastic host! Not only was he proactive in communicating details regarding entry and amenities, he went above and beyond with little fresh baked goods, Smart Home instructions guide, and providing literally everything you'd need to feel at home (bathrobes, teas, serving dishes+several cups, even milk and cream in the fridge!) The Hot tub was great, the place was spotlessly clean, and the balcony views were a pleasure to enjoy. This is a great house with lovely sky lights in the kitchen and beautiful location right by the boardwalk! 11/10 ✨

First cottage trip with friends this summer. Stayed 3 nights and had a blast. Clint was responsive and gave us great recommendations for activities/food around the area. We were able to have a great time cooking meals with the already provided cookware, utensils, bonfire (s’mores) etc. Utilized the big TV for movies, Nintendo Switch games, and music. If you’re interested in a clean mix between cottage vibes and homey this is the right place to pick. Would come back again. Aside from staying in we visited Friday Harbour: okay boardwalk (not much to do but to walk around), trail was nice.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

Ana is a great host and was caring and responsive. I stayed there a couple of months and felt at home. It was really great to have a private unit all to myself and for relatively reasonable price. The location is very convenient, with public transit, grocery stores, libraries, and lots of other stores very close by. The unit is quite spacious. The kitchen is probably more suitable for light cooking or heating of food, and there’s not a ton of refrigerator space. My only discomfort during my stay was that when the weather was very cold, the heat in the room was very warm, especially at night. But it made the laundry dry quickly, which was good. All in all, I’m glad I found this place and I really enjoyed my stay.

What a dream location for our family to spend a week of relaxation and fun! The home was as beautiful in person as it was in the photos, and Paola was a lovely host. l Every last detail was thought of and truly made for such a memorable stay. We hope to return in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Matt’s place. The home was immaculate and comfortable. We used the fire pit, games room and the hot tub. We like to cook our own meals and appreciated the large kitchen and cupboard space. Plenty of parking for our 3 vehicles. Thanks Matt!
