It's what we call a happy place. 2 Bedroom, 2 bath with sleeper sofa in the living room. This cool little spot is located on a canal under large shaded oak trees.. It has a large detached, screened-in kitchenette where you can rig your poles or just hang out with the family. Bring your kayaks, canoes, fishing poles, jet skis and/or boats. Access to a nice private boat ramp at the top of Lake George and a place moor your watercraft. Silver Glen and Salt Springs are just a boat ride away.

The enclosed back porch has a daybed w/trundle for additional arrangements. Large back deck right on the water that steps down to your own dock to relax and watch the wildlife and, if you want entertainment, this home is just a few docks from Renegades on the River. Restaurants and boat rentals are close by.

Cozy waterfront 2/1 located on a deep & wide canal near Lake George and Georgetown. Short boat ride to Salt Springs, Silver Glen or Jupiter Springs - it's all about the water and relaxation here! Bring a boat or rent one nearby. "Bass Capital of the World" fishing, swimming, and/or white beaches/shopping in St Augustine. Pets with a fee. As of 2023, we have THREE homes on the SAME CANAL! Welcome to the Damon Nomad! Gated Lakefront campground. No RV experience needed. Across street salt springs. A short drive to Silver glen, Silver, Alexander & jupiter springs. Only RV I know of with a California King. Tons of stuff to do if you like the outdoors.
