We had a wonderful stay at this cozy 2-bedroom house. It was clean, comfortable, and the pool was a great touch for relaxing. The only issue we had was finding the place, as the pinned location on the map was inaccurate. Thankfully, the host was responsive and helped us get there. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend!

Perfect for multi families. Deliberately looked for 3 bedroom units to fit 3 families during our trip. Bedrooms were not tight especially the family room at the ground floor. There are enough bathrooms and toilet. However, dining area will not be able to accommodate everyone at once, which we dont mind. One particular bed foam upstairs is not soft. Also would have been better to have an aircon by the sala as well, and a netflix account. Overall, we were all satisfied! Worth the price. Everything was smooth despite booking the night before check in.

My family had a relaxing stay in this beautiful spacious house. The bedrooms and living room are fully air-conditioned. Three bathrooms are available. The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals very convenient.

Highly recommended! If you're looking for a place away from the crowd and noise, you must consider this. The place is cute yet perfect. It's also affordable. The host replies to your inquiries immediately. She's also very quick to resolve sudden issues regarding your stay. Thanks!

The unit is a clean, comfortable, and, beautiful home. It was perfect for our staycation. We were able to easily cook meals and watch our favorite shows on the tv. It is on the outskirts of Gensan so it is advisable to get a private car to get to and from the unit. The host is very responsive and immediately answers when she can. We even accidentally locked ourselves out of the unit and the host was able to help us within 30 minutes. This unit is perfect for a staycation.

If you want a quiet, private place to stay in GenSan and still be in the city center in no time, then this is a great place to stay. Very accessible by private car or public commute. Very near convenient establishments. The host, Iris, was also very kind and responsive. I made the initial query around 12 midnight or 1 a.m. and since she was still up, she answered immediately. The caretaker, Michael, was also just a text message away. Appreciate also that we were allowed to wait inside while waiting for our ride (when it was time for check-out ) who was delayed a bit because of the rains that day. Very reasonable and considerate.

Place is very charming. We had a luxurious stay with Rosario’s place, very nice interior felt like hotel accommodation. I love how she put all decorations together, The place is worth the price, actually it’s a steal considering the amenities. Prestine kitchen , dining, strong wifi connections, has netflix and youtube. Rosarion herself is very accommodating and very responsive. I would highly recommend this place. Will definitely come back soon.

We had a great stay here! The property was just as described It is clean, cozy, beautifully decorated and it is also spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds was super comfortable. The location was perfect, close to stores and markets. The host was amazing,they are communicative, helpful, and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The place is best-suited for families since it is intimate and cozy. I like the layout of the kitchen because it makes preparing food easy. The comfort room is spacious. The host and caretaker are very helpful.

A really great place to stay. Our host was helpful and repsonsive, neighbors were friendly, and it was a safe, secure neighborhood. Also, it was a very convenient location for all of our travels around the area, and easy to access the local malls. And once you learn the back roads, you can avoid most of the crazier traffic! HIGHLY recommended!
