The luminosity, spaciousness and immense beauty of Playa Varese make the apartment look much wider than it is. The meters are used perfectly. The apartment is very well equipped and has a lot of storage space, which helps you to have everything perfectly tidy. Mercedes is very attentive and available to assist you in whatever you need without being on top or invading your privacy. We feel very comfortable throughout our stay. I definitely recommend it! 🙌🏼

Came here all the way from the USA for a quick 7 day stay had. Small grocery store right in front of the building so everything I needed was there had the gym all to my self most nights. If I ever need a quick stay Fernando will be the one I speak too!

Beautiful apartment and very well located, super comfortable for 4 people, an unbeatable view and all the utensils to have a super good stay. The garage is very comfortable and the building's security staff are very friendly, I definitely recommend it and we will return. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view and an excellent location in a high-end building. The rooms are spacious, with blinds and en-suite bathrooms. The wifi works great too! Santiago and Isabel were always attentive, very friendly and respectful. We will definitely be back!!

A wonderful apartment with a perfect location! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just a few steps away: shops, cafes, and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and it was very easy to reach the main attractions. The apartment fully matches the description, it is clean and cozy. There is also a gym in the building. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. Sometimes we could hear the neighbors, but it didn’t affect the overall impression much. The host was very attentive and always available, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Very well equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a very nice and quiet area of the city. Easy access to the various points (beaches, rest, coastal) without being in the center. It has 3 beaches nearby that you can walk without problems. The building is very well maintained. Communication with José is excellent. Always ready for a great stay. For 4 adults it is a little fair if you are used to large environments. The use of the pool is until 5pm. The gym as well as the pool, are charged per day or week. In short, we had a very nice stay. Definitely recommend it!

Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.

The apartment was very nice, in the perfect location and with an excellent view. Not too busy, but close to downtown. View of the ocean and the city was beautiful. Host was very friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. I can’t wait to go back.

Excellent accommodation! There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The location is really unbeatable, the apartment was super clean and had everything necessary for our stay. In addition, Nicolas and Melisa were very willing to help when we need them (in this case to turn on the heater). Highly recommended!!!

We had a spectacular stay. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, very safe and quiet, ideal for resting. The house is even nicer than in the photos and is very well equipped to be comfortable in all environments, the park and the pool are dreamy 😍 Iñaki gave us a lot of information, not only about the house, but also about things to do and places to go. He is an excellent host, he was very attentive to everything we needed and his treatment is always very correct and kind. Not only did he meet our expectations, he exceeded them. A place we will always recommend and to which we would definitely return. ❤️
