Kid-friendly holiday rentals in General Luna

Great Airbnb in a prime location in General Luna, close to restaurants, cafes and the sea (with scooter) The room is really spacious and comfortably furnished – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Zara is a super friendly and helpful host, always available and gives good tips about the area. It can occasionally be a bit noisy due to the road nearby, but that is quite normal in many places in the Philippines. Definitely recommended!

Highly recommended. Great experience. Elisha (anthony assistant) was very responsive even late night / early mornings. Home has very Comfortable high quality mattresses. Hot water, AC, high speed internet. During 4 nights stay, electricity went off 2 times and generator kicked in a few seconds. They have rental scooter available also for $8/day. Plz don’t rent scooters from other people you don’t trust. I got scammed by 3rd party & ended up paying 3200 pesos for 3 days rental. I should have rented from host… out of 4 nights ; 3 nights were peaceful but 1 night had birthday & karaoke party in the neighborhood. Elisha immediately responded & his security guard Ron was able to shut them up around 1am :)) Only negative thing is the road is very dirty, rough, have many big muddy spots especially during rain. It’s horrible to get to villa from main road. Also there are many insects & mosquitoes, make sure bring repellents. This feedback is based on personal experience March 4-8, 2025

Our stay at Sandy Feet Resort was one of the best vacation experiences we've had in the Philippines. One for the books! Just right location, fantastic amenities, caring, responsive and catering staff; and the villa itself, elegantly designed with exquisitely placed furnishings with such meticulous details; just so beautifully put together. And last but most certainly not the least, Alexandra was the consummate host; responsive, thorough and kind, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. It was perfection all around. We hope to be back. Dear Alexandra, Ms. Joy, Mr. Larry, all of the staff, thank you so much for the extra care and touches; especially for the nighttime birthday preparations at the beach, under the stars. What memories we left with! It was a 6-day furlough we will soon not forget, thanks to you all!

This place is idyllic. The surf break is just outside the front gate, two clean, private outdoor areas for us to enjoy morning coffee or dinner from the two restaurants nearby. A nice surprise was the 24/7 co-working space I used to take meetings while everyone slept. There’s a beautiful coffee/tattoo shop less than three minutes walk (next to Alter Space) and a market equidistant in the opposite direction. Ate Dayday was around if we needed anything and we felt right at home. 10/10 would recommend and plan on staying here again.

- Nice strategic location; fenced and private - Walkable and very accessible to restaurants and other establishments - Kuya Jay Mark was very helpful and responsive; he has a motorcycle you can rent (can negotiate easily) - Complete utensils, we have everything we need - Distilled water was provided (including the refill) - Strong internet It's like home away from home. We will definitely be back and will recommend to our friends and family.

Helpful and responsive host that was very friendly even when my guest and I had a situation arise that was a bit stressful. Edgar and his manager Jane are both awesome and seek feedback to improve the service. They are open to receiving positive and negative feedback and actively seek to improve the guest experience. They are adding to it constantly. A few suggestions to improve are within their control and being acted upon while others (like construction noise which sucked) are just what it is but didn’t change my opinion of the stay. The road to the resort needs some serious work but the neighbourhood it is in is just underdeveloped so I didn’t knock them for it. The grounds of the resort itself are spotless with staff cleaning and maintaining every day. I would definitely stay here again

Seagrass apartments are in a prime location for walkable activities. Both hosts are more than accommodating and very friendly. I highly recommend staying here!

Nathalie's was really conveniently located and at a perfect spot in General Luna. Nathalie was an amazing host who helped us with our airport transfer and scooter rentals. She also has amazing recommendations for things to see and do in Siargao. Overall very happy with our stay!

Cosy home and great location for exploring general luna! Close to good restaurants, parties and relatively close to cloud9 too. I would recommend this place for those who want a cosy home near active nightlife. The host is very proactive and communicates well.

Overall, great stay. The wins: Good wifi, central location, responsive host (Jay was always available and responsive), good a/c, hot water, water dispenser and the place looked exactly like the photos. There were some small aspects that could have be improved but overall, both Dennis and Jay were great hosts and I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

My friends and I spent an amazing 5 days in Siargao and there’s nowhere we would have rather stayed than the River. Eva is an amazing host that was very responsive to any questions we had and ensured that everything went smoothly for us. The Rover itself is a very lovely place to stay with everything you need for your trip, the most wonderful housekeeping staff, and the perfect location in General Luna, walking distance from the beach, restaurants, nightlife, or a short drive away from anywhere you would want to go. When I return to Siargao I’m definitely going to be staying here again!

This 1 BR unit was beautiful and looked exactly like the photos. Stayed here for 9 days. Everything is brand new. They have everything you need from kitchen utensils,stove,blow dryer,can opener. Water pressure is strong. Bathroom smells nice. Water smells clean. It feels just like home. Loved everything about this place. Was nice and private. Very friendly staff and very helpful. close to the main road with restaurants. Very Clean and tidy, and well maintained. Would absolutely stay here again. Ram, thank you for being kind to everyone. Absolutely fantastic stay! The place was spotless, and felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming, providing excellent recommendations for local spots and ensuring we had everything we needed. The location was perfect close to key attractions yet in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. The amenities exceeded expectations, from the comfy bed. I wouldn't hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

We had a very wonderful stay at this place! The host was incredibly accommodating and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Even when there was a power interruption, the host kept us updated and reassured until everything was back to normal. We truly appreciated the hospitality and the thoughtful communication. A great place!! We stayed there for a week and a half and was absolutely loved the place! Each room has a living room and a tv with Netflix and a table, big comfortable bed and hot water in the shower! They helped us with what we needed and we recommend this place if you want to be just close to the Main Street but in a quiet place!

Had a pleasant stay! The host was friendly and even helped us with airport transfer, plus allowed us to check in early. We didn’t realize the place was also near Andi E’s house. We ended up using her place as a landmark since some tuktuk drivers weren’t familiar with Sinag Hostel or Nida’s.

I felt very comfortable with my stay here. The place is nicely decorated and looked exactly like the pictures posted. It was a relaxing and refreshing experience. I supe love it! What truly stood out was the host’s exeptional hospitality. She was incredibly very nice and accomodating. So easy to communicate with. I made a few requests during my stay, and she acknowledge and gave me no stress at all. Very helpful I really appreciate it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a cozy escape! Enjoyed our stay at Sing Villa. The location was very convenient to General Luna - short tuk tuk ride however the Villa is far enough to ensure you have peace and quiet and more of a local feeling. The locals are kind and warm. The Villa itself is very clean and well appointed with a full kitchen, clean bathroom and Netflix on a large TV. Bonus was the property having access to a generator. Power went out a few times during our stay however was promptly restored via the generator therefore caused no issues. Jhiemarie was the perfect host. Very friendly and attentive to our request for additional supplies and organization of transport to see some sights. Property, location and host highly recommended.
