The host was attentive to our questions and any issues that came up were quickly dealt with. The bedrooms were in the attic space, separate from the main level kitchen and living room area. We had pleasant weather and so the temperature in the rooms remained comfortable, but in a heatwave it would be different. The apartment kitchen had the basic equipment. Coffee machine with coffee available. Quiet apartment in a quiet neighborhood with parking on site. Groceries store two minutes walk. Walk to center town would be 20-25 minutes.

We had a wonderful 4-day stay in this apartment! The location is absolutely top-notch – located a bit outside the city, so it's quiet, but also a perfect starting point for activities. The apartment was blitz clean and well equipped. The connection to public transport is also ideal, so you can quickly get anywhere. Overall, I can only highly recommend this accommodation and would stay here again at any time!

We had a short but very nice stay at Christopher's. The apartment is very modern, also very clean and everything you need is available. The beds are not too soft and very comfortable. The check-in worked without any problems and the communication with Christopher was very nice. If we had any questions, we always received a quick answer. Highly recommended and if we are in the area again, we will be happy to book an apartment from him again.

There were three of us in Gelsenkirchen to go to a home game of Schalke. You can get to the stadium from the apartment within about 25 minutes and the Schalker Mile is right on the way. Everything you need is available in the apartment and we felt comfortable.

We were in Essen to experience a day at Movieworld the next day. Kena is very friendly and welcoming. She had left a small gift for us, which made us feel at ease. The apartment was old school and clean, cozy, warm and lovingly decorated. definitely worth it. The beds slept well. The area is wonderfully quiet.

I was extremely happy with my stay. The location of the accommodation was excellent, and Mr. Heller showed himself to be very hospitable and available at any time. I felt very comfortable there.

We loved our stay at Bella's apartment. The host was always ready to answer any and all questions we might have, and didn't hesitate to swing by to drop off supplies, if we needed anything. We already made plans to go there for our vacation next year! We would definitely recommend this apartement. Great accommodation, very clean and downtown within walking distance of 15 minutes! Smooth check-in as well as communication. Felt at home, very chic and cozy. On my next stay in Dortmund, I would definitely like to come back here!

Good value for money and everything was as described. It is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking. Apartment is neat, quiet environment and met expectations. Communication with Paul was very good. Only the sofa bed we found a bit hard.

Very nice cozy apartment with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Even coffee, tea, pesto, noodles were available. Very nice hosts. Apartment is located on a busy street, but bedroom is to the yard side and quiet.
