We had a fabulous stay at the villa, lots of room inside & a wonderful outside space and pool where we hung out a lot as a family of 9. The town is a little further than we anticipated and hilly so we were glad that we hired cars but we all had a wonderful time and we enjoyed the town and harbour. Mehmet and his family were really responsive to our needs 😊

Seventh stay in Kalkan and this was the seventh different villa. All have had their charm but this one had the best sized pool and surrounding outdoor patio. There is a well-equipped modern kitchen and the lounge area is bright and comfortable. The villa was ideal for the twenty minute walk into the town centre with a cheap return taxi ride. It’s only a five minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Ismael is an excellent host and was responsive to our request for an early check-in. Having never repeated a stay in a Kalkan villa this is one that would definitely be considered for a second visit. Highly recommended

We spent our honeymoon in Kevin's gorgeous villa, met by Mehmet on arrival who is so lovely but very discreet in the mornings to sort the pool. Kalkan is utterly beautiful with so many friendly people, amazing places to visit & eat & drink. Definitely recommend. Kevin was very friendly & helpful & attentive. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Villa Unlimited is a perfect villa for a big group - the pool is large and deep so perfect for teenagers. We had three 17 year old boys, and four 19 year old girls - and there was plenty of room in the house and around the terrace for all of us. There is some road noise, but it gets cancelled out by our group noise easily! I'd fully recommend this villa.

It was the perfect vacation home that we were looking for. Escaped from our lives for a week at a peaceful place at the peninsula, had everything we needed without any issues. Thanks to Hilary & Ramazan for running this perfect place and hosting us!

Beautiful Villa in Kalkan had a great holiday. Facilities in the villa were great and had everything we needed. There is a couple of little shops and a restaurants within walking distance, however I would strongly recommend a hire car for the villa as the main town would be a long walk. We visited all the restaurants recommended by Yusuf and were all excellent. We also visited the Sunken city in Kekova on a kayak tour and Saklikent gorge which were both amazing trips. Highly recommend this villa! We didn’t want to leave. Thanks for a great trip!

The place was exactly as it is described. I stayed with my family for 2 nights. It was very peaceful. Check-in time is 16:00 which is alright but check out time is 10:00am and it is very early yet they let us check out at 10:30. It's run by a very friendly family. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Soral Villas was fantastic. The villa was comfortable, spacious, and convenient. Located on the peninsula, the villa was peaceful and quiet, but an easy couple minute drive into Kaş. Yusuf was a wonderful host - communicative and helpful. We highly recommend checking out his cocktail bar in Kaş city center! We would absolutely stay again if given the chance.

The view and sunsets from the villa's terrace are breathtaking. The villa was spacious and comfortably accommodated 11 members of our family. Everything was as described, but a few small details could use some attention from the owner. Once again, this villa fully met our expectations, and we can recommend it.

Thank you to Mr. Metin and his son, Mr. Levent. They were in constant contact with us during our stay and responded quickly to all our requests. We loved the house. It was a very peaceful and traditional house. We felt like we were in our own home. It met all our needs, and can say that it adds quite quality. It was a very pleasant place with its fruits and pool in the garden, its terrace and wooden furniture. I can fall on a footnote; the pool is pretty big and deep. We didn't quite get it from the photos. That way, we had a lot more fun. Thanks again. I hope we have the opportunity to stay again. Stay safe:)

Everything was better than we expected. Place has a magnificent view. It’s 20 minutes walking from place to the Kas center. Very recommended!

A few hiccups at first, but all was put right as soon as we told Mustafa. Very friendly, helpful people. Kalkan is lovely and the villa is beautiful and well-equipped. Very clean. Infinity pool with stunning views.

Everything was perfect! The house we stayed in was both extremely clean and very tastefully furnished. In a quiet and peaceful environment, we felt at home. The host was extremely caring and hospitable; everything we needed was thought of. The location was also great, there was easy access to places to visit in the vicinity. Especially The terrace view fascinated us. With peace of mind, we would recommend it to anyone. We'd love to come back at the first opportunity.

A lovely villa in an excellent location. Easy to get into the harbour and old town plus a few places within a few minutes including two supermarkets. We were a group of eight and plenty of space. AC worked well too. Arif was very helpful, recommend the boat trip onboard Serenity (booked by Arif), the onboard lunch was fabulous, best day we had.

Many thanks to Baris and Ersin. Both were very helpful and friendly. We felt very comfortable . However, you have to drive. But the host has already said this before.The way up can actually be done on foot, only the heat makes it a little harder. Downstairs there are several beaches on foot or by taxi. Dolmuş is also every half an hour. To Kaş takes 5 min by car.. The sea is noptimal for swimming. Through the peninsula, the sea feels like a lake without waves. Absolutely recommended. We arrived extremely late so didn’t appreciate the place until the morning but when we opened the blinds and saw the views it was breathtaking. Photos don’t even do the villa justice. It suited all our needs and was a fantastic place for our party of 9. Andrew and Adem were always helpful and responsive. We would definitely like to return!

The house was exactly as it was in the photos. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. All small appliances were available such as coffee, tea, toaster and blender. It would be nice to have a tablet for the dishwasher. The sunbeds were sufficient, the equipment facilities of the house were quite good. The size of the pool was ideal even for 7 people. Thank you

The views are even better than in the pictures! All the rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfortable, with a generous 2 pillows per person. Just a couple of things to note; we were there for 10 days but there was no change of linen in that time. Also the curtains at all the windows are white linen, which is beautifully cool but if you’re bothered by being woken by the morning light, bring an eye mask! We were 6 adults (2 couples, 2 singles) so the house layout worked perfectly. 8 very good quality sun loungers with lots of space to spread out and plenty of proper shade on the terrace. Wonderful outdoor dining facilities which we used all the time as the views / sunsets are just SPECTACULAR!!! Melinda couldn’t have been more helpful and responded very quickly. Cuneyt is her local representative in Kas and was equally as helpful, recommending and booking restaurants for us and telling us about things to do and places to go - a real bonus! Would 100% recommend this place!

Dirk’s apartment is one of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Spotlessly clean with three spacious bathrooms. Actually felt larger than the photos and so many thoughtful touches. In a quiet location overlooking Villa Mahal and their quite perfect beach club and restaurant. I recommend Dirk’s apartment without hesitation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The views from the property are absolutely stunning – every morning felt like waking up in paradise. The pool was a highlight of our stay; it's beautifully maintained and offers a perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. The house itself was spotless, with every detail taken care of to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. What really set this experience apart was the host's attentiveness and responsiveness. They were always quick to answer any questions we had and went above and beyond by arranging a private boat tour for us, which was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and top-notch hospitality, this is it. We can’t wait to return!

Our family had an amazing stay from start to finish! Ahmet and Marie great - responsive and super helpful throughout the stay. The home has STUNNING views over Kas, it is large, clean and very comfortable - and we also appreciated the fresh food supplies waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival. It was well-equipped for cooking at home. Parking was easy and the hill, though daunting, was very easy to work around with some parking part way down the hill or with a quick taxi ride back up after walking down. We would highly recommend the place to stay to anyone coming to Kas!

Villa Murat is beautiful. Stunning location. Swims every morning in the sea and evening dips in the pool. Got up early to watch the sun rise.
