Super apartment, spacious living room, large bathroom with the best shower cubicle ever. Was there in June. Floor heating not on. Apartment completely tiled with small, clean carpets in the right places. Space for wardrobe, hanger in the closet and also additional small parts divider, shoe cabinet spacious. Hooks in the bathroom and towel racks, good lighting, good exhaust system. Battery-powered floor vacuum cleaner at hand, good. All necessary cleaning utensils, rags, cleaning agents, garbage bags. Everything is plentiful and easy to find. Good bed, good blackout. You have to arrange the bedding but ok. Good windows + view. Large TV available with Lan (but I have not tested it). Internet and Wi-Fi good. Enough seating available and dining table in front of kitchen. Enough dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups. SENSEO, toaster, microwave, kettle all in tiptop condition. I only missed an iron (now available) and an extractor hood. Kitchen good! 2 CERAN, fridge + freezer, sink + dishwasher + utensil.

We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

Adrian was helpful and friendly. The apartment is recommended for short stays, especially if you are looking for accommodation near the sports school. It has everything you need.

Gerhard’s place was perfect for the two nights I stayed. Everything was squeaky clean, the bed very comfortable and the room felt very comfortable and was very quiet. Gerhard was there to greet me and we had a nice chat. He granted me another hour at checkout time without any problems. I would definitely recommend his place!

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful and comfortable home. The neighborhood was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed for a fabulous vacation—from a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing any meal, to spacious rooms that made us feel right at home. In the evenings, we enjoyed unwinding with movies on the large TV. The location is fantastic, serving as a great base for exploring iconic cities like Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Koblenz. Excellent restaurants are just around the corner, and for quick grocery runs, Aldi is only about a five-minute drive away. This property truly stands out as one of the most stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Michael was exceptionally responsive and kind, always keeping communication clear and helpful. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

If it was possible to give 6 stars, we definitely gave this rating. Thom was a great host, the accomandation was really comfortable and our family (with two little boys) loved the garden. The pizza’s of Thom were amazing and we definitly come back. Thank you Thom and Lena!

What a great place to stay! We felt completely comfortable. The loft or the whole house is fantastic! Incredibly creative, stylish and, above all, lovingly furnished. In my opinion, even more impressive than in the photos. 1,000 thanks! It was a great weekend. The restaurant tips were both great.

This place was absolutely perfect in every way! The house is fully equipped with everything we needed, and the air conditioning in every room was a big plus - especially during the warm days. We were pleasantly surprised by the generous welcome snacks and treats that were provided - a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. The TVs were large, modern, and great for relaxing after a long day out. Timur was an outstanding host - super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Lovely place where you’re immersed in nature. Two high hedges provide privacy in the backyard from the bordering properties - behind is a large natural area and we never saw anyone pass during our stay. The house is beautiful and an accessible way to escape from the city for a few days.

I absolutely loved to stay here. It was very cozy and just a great place to crash after an eventful day. We did have a lil trouble with the internet on the second day but Julia helped us fix it, even though she was on vacation on her own. She was an absolutely lovely host and I would definitely love to visit again. <3

Pietra's place is beautiful, cozy and super well located. For those who like to cook, the apartment is perfect! We spent wonderful days in Dusserdorf.

The three of us stayed at Corinna's place for three days. Even before that, the communication was great and everything could be easily clarified. Corinna was super friendly and we could always turn to her. She was able to give us a few good tips for the area, but also had a folder in the apartment in which everything necessary could be found. The accommodation was very cozy, simple and timelessly furnished and we immediately felt comfortable. The city is easily accessible via a few stairs and you have everything you need. This accommodation was by far the most beautiful I have ever stayed in. The pictures in the advertisement hardly do justice to the lovingly furnished apartment - everything looks much more inviting and cozy on site. The surroundings are quiet, idyllic and simply beautiful. The apartment is equipped with everything you need to feel good and live. Communication was also straightforward and cordial at all times. We will definitely be back!

We felt like at home. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the village overlooking the beautiful landscape of the Lower Rhine. It is therefore very quiet and beautifully bright. The sunrise and deer in the fields sweetened our morning. The kitchen is very well equipped, the dining table cozy and the sofa really comfortable. On top… kind-hearted and friendly hosts.
