Small cozy mountain hut, away from the hustle and bustle, secluded location (about 100 m to the nearest house) in a small forest plot. Fire / barbecue area as well as public playground and outdoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. In winter (with snow) ski and toboggan slope directly at the house (private - without elevator) There is a large bed (3 mattresses) and a pull-out sofa bed. No wifi, bad cell phone connection. Car available via meadow path in summer. In winter approx. 100 m walk. Basic heating elect.

Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

The apartment is close to Altenberg. Our detached house is located on a large meadow and forest plot with open valley views of Geising in the Easter Mountains. In a pleasant atmosphere, up to 12 people can find accommodation in double rooms and a bedroom for 4 people in the house built of natural stone and larch wood. You'll love our place because of the stylishly furnished lounge with cozy table and a large fireplace with oven bench.

Small but fully equipped apartment in the holiday house Börnchen on about 30 m² surface area. The bathroom and living/sleeping area is equipped with floor heating. Our holiday home is located in the centre of the Easter Mountains. Renowned destinations can be reached by car in a short time. (Dresden, Elbsandsteingebirge, Saxon Switzerland, Bohemian Switzerland, Soaps, Freiberg, Altenberg, Glashütte and Prague e.t.c.)

Up to 4 people can enjoy their relaxing vacation in the apartment. It is about 32 square meters and includes a living/sleeping room equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and another bedroom (also ideal for one to two children). A delicious breakfast can be served for an extra charge of €12.00 per person.

The guest apartment is located in a modern house (Bauhaus style) in a second row on a property surrounded by venerable trees. Directly opposite is a park (Beutlerpark) with old trees. This is in close proximity to the city center and about 15 minutes walk or by tram (lines 3, 8, 10 and 11 etc.), stops about 8-10 minutes away, to reach.
