Waterfront holiday rentals in Geiseltalsee

We spent a few days in this beautiful accommodation. It was beautiful and we didn't lack anything. The hosts are super friendly, the children had plenty of space to play and romp, it was quiet and you had a wonderful garden. The apartment itself was very spacious, everything you need, very clean and tidy. We are guaranteed to come back and explore the area further!

I stayed 3 nights and felt completely comfortable. The car can only be parked a few steps from the front door. The bed was comfortable, darkening was available and in the kitchen I could find everything I needed for small dishes from the whisk to pots. The location, especially with Kaufland and a gas station on the doorstep, was perfect for me. I will definitely come back to visit.

We enjoyed our time at Julia’s place. While we did not get to meet her, the woman tending the property was very lovely and kind. She made us feel right at home and took care of us well. The surroundings are beautiful. We very highly recommend renting bikes from Mittelelbe Radverleih. The owner was so very kind, accommodating, and generous. He delivered the bikes right to the AirBnb and came back to pick them up 24 hours later. We biked around downtown Wittenberg one day and then along the Elbe river the next day. This was our favorite thing!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped – everything you need. Communication with the host was friendly, clear and super fast. Check-in and check-out were extremely easy and straightforward. A big plus: directly across the street there is a large parking lot where there was always a free space. All around a great experience – absolutely recommended!

Cornelia's home is as outstanding as the hospitality of her and her husband. We felt like at home from the first moment. The center can be reached in 10 minutes by tram. The tram station is a 5 minute walk. Very nice residential area. We were able to safely park our high-quality e-bikes and start bike rides from the apartment. In 10 to 15 minutes you are by bike in a green oasis of Leipzig. There you will find beautiful parks and a magnificent river landscape. Conclusion: It can't get any better than that! Many thanks for the hospitality and the three wonderful days we were allowed to spend in this beautiful apartment.

Great large and comfortable apartment in a lovingly renovated old building! We felt extremely comfortable - Gera is a beautiful city and definitely worth a visit, and this is especially true for the neighborhood where this property is located - right on the Weiße Elster with the pretty bridges and views! We thank the extremely friendly hosts.

Super nice apartment. Great for a couple to stay. I’ve been there with my boyfriend visiting friends. We felt like home. Super peaceful surroundings and close to a huge park just around the corner. Cozy breakfast and lunch places just around the corner m. Would definitely come back and can recommend!

We had a wonderful time in this fantastic vacation home! The location is simply unbeatable - quiet, idyllic and with a fantastic view of the lake, which we enjoyed every day. The house itself is lovingly furnished, very well maintained and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Axel is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The house itself was cozy and equipped with everything we needed and MORE. One of the highlights was the friendly squirrel that visited in the mornings, scratching at the window for the nuts Axel provided. Although it gets a bit chilly during that time of the year (November), it only made our evenings by the fireplace even cozier. I had an amazing time with my partner, and I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay away from the city.

We spent a few days in the cottage on the lake and felt very comfortable. The house offers a lot of space, very stylishly furnished and also suitable for families. The lake is absolutely fantastic and we will definitely come back again in summer. But our highlight was the sauna. We can recommend a stay at Lake Geiseltal and in the cottage to anyone.

The house was perfect for our family weekend with 6 adults. Furnished with great attention to detail, almost a museum, but with all the comforts. In good weather, the large, well-equipped terrace is the highlight, and a garden shower also provides cooling. Accompanied by birdsong, especially the cuckoo, we enjoyed the peace, but also the activities (canoe tour, Dessau, cycling,....). Thank you!

This is a wonderful place for a few relaxing days. The house was clean, beautiful and had everything you need. The outdoor shower and the view were simply fantastic! Anne was so nice and responded to my messages so quickly! I can only recommend a stay here. Thank you Anne!

A great place to stay for a break. The location of the house is impressive due to its proximity to the adjacent lake & thus with lake view at any time of day 😉

Saskia instructions were clear and precise which was very helpful . She was also flexible with the timings. The house and the beautiful garden was great , both my dog and my kid loved the time spent there running around the garden. Would definitely stay there again if we get the chance.

We enjoyed our 3-week stay at Christoph's cozy apartment near the river. The balcony is good for people watching and duck feeding day and night:) Christoph was always helpful and nice. Miss the apartment already!

I spent several weeks in this apartment and felt very comfortable from the beginning. Everything is modern, new and furnished to a high standard – especially the kitchen is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The view and peaceful surroundings make the stay additional pleasant. I would like to highlight the super nice landlord: he regularly inquired if everything was right and was always helpful. When I asked for an iron, I was quickly put a new iron with ironing board right outside the door – great! I am absolutely delighted and can fully recommend the apartment. We'd love to come back anytime!

The apartment is wonderfully beautiful and in the heart of the old town with a view of a green oasis, just behind the Krämerbrücke. The apartment is cozy and furnished with heart, 100% feel-good factor. Lieselotte is nice and uncomplicated and always easy to reach.
