The cottage is centrally located between Dingolfing (20 km), Straubing (22 km) and the new BMW plant in Strasskirchen-Irlbach (11 km).

Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
