Holiday rentals with a patio in Gefira

We had a great time. The location is ideal because close to Monemvasia and just above a beach very good for swimming. In addition, the view from the apartment is beautiful, the apartment is very functional and all our exchanges with Anna went very well. A special thank you to the family who had occupied our home just before and left us chocolates to feed our Easter egg hunt.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mari’s guesthouse! The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need: fully equipped kitchen, outside terrace with sea view and bbq, comfy beds, washing machine, walk-in shower. Takis was very friendly and accommodating, meeting us in all our needs! Location is good, peaceful but just 5 min drive to the bustling boulevard of Githio. Nearest beach is beautiful and walkable. Would for sure come back!

The unit is in a strategic location, adjacent to the touristic part of the town, close to all facilities, but in a quiet area. The patio represents a huge plus. Finding parking at a convenient walking distance is not too difficult.

Superb apartment, very clean, very well appointed and equipped. Virtually new. With amazing views of the small bay. We recommend!

Magnificent view of the sea. In a small quiet village. I recommend shopping to cook on site and enjoy a meal on the terrace. The building and the accommodation are clean and pleasant. All equipment is available and in excellent condition. Very good for 3 people if you spend a night there. Ideal for 2 people I think.

We stayed 3 nights in the Olive Tree cottage and we enjoyed a lot. The environment was beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was clean and full of commodities ! We highly recommend you to stay at Salvatore’s place !

Very nice, quiet place in Neapolis. Located in a side street, but only 3 minutes to the waterfront/ harbor. Good location for trips to Monemvasia or Elafonisos. Small terrace, well-equipped kitchen, cozy bed! Everything fits!

The host,Diana, was very nice and reliable for any need ,very kind . The room is lovely ,stylish ,with taste everything ,nice place ,close to the beach ,quiet location. It's worth going. 👏 And in the end Adriana is very beautiful !!!!! Let's catch up too Congrats !!!!

Ειρήνη very kind and responsive hostess. The apartments are very clean. All the necessary utensils were there. The house has a very comfortable veranda where you can have breakfast. The distance to the beach is only 50 meters. We will definitely come again.

Wonderful traditional house to stay in Karavas village, near Amir Ali Springs. The house itself is clean and peaceful and has anything anyone would need in their summer vacation. We had a great stay at Marathias sea view. It was a cozy cottage with a large patio to enjoy the amazing sea view and watch gorgeous sunsets. It’s a really peaceful location only a short drive from town, and accessible to regional attractions. We hope to return one day!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew's house. It's a beautiful stone house in a peaceful location and walking distance to a beautiful sandy beach. The house was very clean and very well equipped. The sunset views from the terrace were amazing. We will definitely be returning.

Martha and her mom are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is wonderful and spacios and located perfectly to arrive everything within a couple of minutes. I can really recommend to stay at the place.

AMAZING, clean 2 bed room in a great location. Vivi is a top notch host and the place was perfect. Dedicated parking spot, ultra modern kitchen and bathroom with brand new AC units. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Monemvasia. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We spent 6 weeks there and loved every minute.

Great hosts, great location, great v alue for money

Very easy interaction with Foula. Extraordinary welcome!!!! Large apartment very clean and very well decorated. It really has everything you need! We enjoyed a large and very comfortable terrace! Foula spoiled us a lot: a bottle of white wine with peanuts, raisins, pistachios, and so on. To all this, there was a large basket of fruit , treats, coffee, jam... Private parking in front of the apartment. A huge thank you Foula. Don't hesitate, you will be delighted!!!

We stayed 2 nights at Antonis apartment so as to visit the island of Elafonissos nearby. We have been warmly welcomed by Antonis' Mother who had left for us a lot of local oranges and brought us some home made loukoumades! The apartment itself is nicely located close to the ferry to go on to the island of Kithira. It is very comfortable and has everything you can think of to do your own cooking. Many thanks to Antonis and her Mother (I forgot to ask her name!) for a very pleasant stay in Neapoli! We spent 2 nights in Anthony's apartment. Anthony's mother left us water and local oranges and brought us delicious doughnuts! The apartment is very close to the ferry to Kythira and is very comfortable. It has all the things you need to cook if you want. We thank Anthony and his Mother very much for an evolving stay in Neapolis!

Beautiful renovated apartment, very clean. Very responsive hosts. Well-equipped kitchen. Fresh eggs upon arrival. Butter, honey, water, coffee available. Near a pebble beach, very swimmable. Everything was perfect. Recommended.
